I would like to thank to all the wonderful staff (really everyone was nice - guys at the beach, receptionists, housekeeping, waiters, cooks..) and biggest kudos to the animation team who were incredible. I would definitely come back. Zuzana

Very good and varied food. All the staff are very friendly but top marks go to the entertainment team. They are fantastic! Even on days when the weather is not so good, they find a way to make everyone have fun at the hotel! The way they interact with the guests, the activities they do, the smiles always on their faces... Wonderful! The week went by very quickly.

Advantages - animators, people. Thanks for the beach night with all attractions and fantastic food. All evenings were amazing. The best entertainment I ever experienced. Hotel demands improvements . Standard not 4 stars. But after all there I will have warm memories. Ps people are really dedicated and working hard.

The worst experience ever! The hotel is not worth even 3*! Small hotel, to many people, they have 3-4 people in the room, after that in the hotel is more people then it’s possible to fit. If you are not on the beach at 6am be sure you will stay without a place to stay, the same on the pool. Everything is for money, tourism taxes 100 for 3 people?? Safe is for money! Change the towels as well for many! Stuff is not gonna be nice to you without tips! For a lunch and dinner time be ready to wait 20 minutes for free table, than at lease 15 minutes in the line for some food, stuff is slow, instead of putting 10 eggs on a plate, they are making 1-2 in slow motion. Animation is annoying, they are whistling into your ears, if you say no to them they are kept trying to force you to do something, if you don’t speak french don’t even bother yourself to go to the evening show, in the mic the guy speak just French (not even English or any other languages), you’re just sitting and understand nothing, animation boys don’t understand the personal space and that not every person wants to give five to them. I honesty don’t recommend this hotel for your vacation!! Save you money!

Really negative experience! Since when All Inclusive means pay for a beach towel, for a safe, for a stuff smile. The biggest problem is food, food has no taste at all, it’s hard to find at least something what you can put in your mouth, find a place to sit is a 20 minute journey, wait in a line for some meat, fish or eggs is 15 minutes line. Luch lasts from 12:30 till 14:00, it’s 1hour amd 30 minutes, we came at 13:15, and half of food was gone, they cleaned everything out, like I have never ever seen this before. You are not able to take more than one piece of meat of fish, if you’re asking for more you will get really negative respond. Hotel is really small, but there’s a hundred of people, they made a dinner on the beach, with small amount of table, so like a half of people didn’t have place to sit and waited for 30 minutes. You have to wake up very early (6-7am) to reserve the place on the beach or you will stay resting on the sand…not enough sun bads for that many people. Stuff in general is not nice, starting from the reception. Can’t say anything about housekeeping woman, she was kind all the time.

I do not recommend this hotel – theft and inappropriate staff behavior, and the hotel does nothing about it During my stay at this hotel, I had a very unpleasant experience that ruined my holiday. While I was on a day trip organized directly by the hotel, the housekeeper stole over €100 in cash from my room. The money was safely hidden among my personal belongings, but when I returned from the trip, it was gone. As if that wasn’t enough, the very next day an unknown man entered my room three times during the day without knocking and without any explanation. I felt extremely uncomfortable, unsafe, and like I had no privacy at all. I know that similar incidents happen quite often in Tunisia — many other guests mention missing money or belongings in their reviews. What disappointed me the most is that the hotel does absolutely nothing about it, ignores the problem, and makes no effort to protect its guests. I would expect a hotel to ensure a safe environment, properly train its staff to behave professionally, and take such situations seriously. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone

We were in this hotel last week of june. Every worker there was really kind and sweet. When we weren’t happy with our room because there wasn’t balcony, the receptionis changed our room the other day. Waiters were also really sweet, they did drinks really good and were so friendly. We are coming again in September and we can’t wait!! Really good experience with this hotel!

Go to jetskis, there is this super nice guy Adam, he would give you a better price. People here are super friendly amd the animation team is great.
