Oh dear ... after reading the reviews I was looking forward to this holiday . Room was OK. Floor in room Wasn't washed all week . The public areas are tired and worn . A lick of paint wouldn't go amiss . Pool was lovely and clean . Food was adequate . Caters for French tunisians and other nationalities . Meat was always chewy. Chicken was OK. Breakfast was poor . Oranges looked like they had been there a few months . Drinks were OK. Nothing special . Fell unwell after day 3. Went to reception in the night asking for water .. guy on reception rude told me bar was closed I said I needed a water to take tablets he shooed me to a warm water butt .. waiters were only interested in bringing a drink or dressing the table if you had tipped them . I tip at the end for good service as I had none I kept my money in my pocket. No snacks in the day no water for the room you have to buy it . No lifts so not suitable for wheelchair users . Kids would struggle with the menu . Entertainment staff were great they really do make an effort to include everyone . Would I go back ?? No .

So far it is the best hotel I have ever been to the staff are very friendly and speak to you everyday and do activities with you like Zumb, pool, ping pong and much more. There are lots of beautiful sights like the beach, the pool is very big. The animation team were the best they were very friendly they always danced with you and always made you happy even if you wasn’t in the mood they would always put a smile on your face.

Djerba Sun Beach is excellent hotel, where we have been going for many years. This time we spent Christmas and New Year there. We can only recommend it. Even in the winter months, all the services and animation are perfect and the weather is pleasant with sunshine. Both gala evenings for Christmas and New Year's Eve were excellent with great service, food and program, perfectly organized. You can see that the hotel management is very good and took care of it. From the reception to the terrace, restaurant, rooms and pools everything is perfectly clean. Beautifully maintained area including gardens and playgrounds. Even in the winter months, the animation team takes care of all activities such as petanque, darts, archery, dancing and aquagym in the indoor pool. The indoor pool is great, but you could also refresh yourself or swim in the large outdoor pool. This hotel has excellent cooking, the bars have good drinks, everyone can choose what they like. Everything is simply perfect here. We will be coming to this hotel again.❤️

Our stay at the Sun Beach hotel in Djerba was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome, and the hotel's friendly atmosphere made us feel at home. But what really made our trip special was the animation team, who kept us entertained the whole time. We want to give a special shoutout to the animator Sanfoor. His energy and enthusiasm were incredible! Even though we didn’t have children with us, we were really impressed by how much fun he brought to the kids during the mini discos. His love for his job and the happiness he spread made our stay even better. We definitely want to come back to the Sun Beach hotel in Djerba. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, great service, and experiences that we will never forget. Thank you for an awesome vacation!

Very good place to relax. Rooms: very cozy, clean, quiet, friendly and subtle service. Meals: all dishes, snacks, fruits very tasty, waiters and chefs very friendly. Hotel: vast, clean, lots of greenery, several pools and attractions, many bars and places for animations. The hotel also has an outdoor pool with a quiet zone, good for reading and relaxing. ATM at the reception. Animations: great. Animators with great energy and always smiling. Beach: clean and large, by the hotel, on the beach bar and service. Surroundings: clean, ideal for all kinds of walking or car trips, a few shops by the hotel, about 15-20 min walk a larger market with the possibility of paying by card. We rate the place, people and stay very highly.

We had a great stay at the sun club hotel. The staff were excellent all round but Wassim behind the pool side bar was excellent with a lively attitude. The entrainment staff(malik, lucas all the other boys and girls) really made the holiday for us. Always chatty and smiling.

the food is so good, animation team is really friendly, and they try to comunicate as much as they can, but i loved them, beach way is good too i was with my friends in this hotel 5x times and always comes back, climatisation works we had room close to pool so okay.

Brilliant holiday.. great and very friendly staff.. if you get Wassim! On the pool bar you'll be in for a treat.. great service and always happy to help you with your needs!! Room are kept in very clean order turn out service is daily.. food is always fresh and many choices to choose from.. 😋

Great 2 weeks in this hotel, delicious food, something happening all the time, animators do their best to make everyone happy, the animators are a great dance team. the whole team is trying very hard, surely no one will be sitting at the table, the disco in the hotel is until 00:00, there is also a lot going on in the hotel for children .. I recommend this hotel.
