GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • This rental property is currently listed for sale. On occasion, we may get a request to show the property during your stay. We will provide a 24-hour notice and make every attempt not to disturb or inconvenience you during your vacation. • The Setai Hotel charges a daily resort fee of $285 (plus tax) per day. This will be paid directly to the Setai upon check-in. For all stays 30 nights or longer, the amount per night is $115 (plus tax). • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval.. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
