South Beach Hotel recensioner

the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door.

No shuttle to the beaches. Pool isn’t to clean.. chaire and umbrella available with no fee

Nice art deco hotel clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Close to the beach and shops.

Excellent service!! From the front desk to the person who call us a taxi!! For the service I would give 10 stars and a big thank you to all the stuff.

Good location ….front office staff depended on who served you .. some were really friendly & others not so much. Food was good & the restaurant was nice & had friendly staff but give the breakfast a miss … It was awful. Rooftop pool was nice but no shade & no one put the umbrellas up & the bar was closed … not a staff member in sight! Shame cause it’s a nice area. Our rooms were in the old building & desperately need a Reno & facelift …. Overall it was just ok.

Hôtel bien situé, seul bémol pas de stationnement à proximité donc obligé de donner au valet 45$ /j … seul aspect négatif sinon tout est au top

En el colchón había bichos que pican ..el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y no funcionaba bien..el piso viejo y sucio.. del depósito de seguridad cobraron más de 60 dolares de fee por día. Me engañaron porque no me devolvieron el.dinero del deposito, no tiene parqueo..

Ótima escolha de hotel. Super bem localizado, atendimento maravilhoso.
