Just steps away from Brickell City Center, the Shops of Mary Brickell Village and surrounded. PS. IDs will be requested by the Icon Brickell Building, like any hotel. This unit is fantastic for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Truly a natural retreat while residing in the heart of Miami! Our unit is beautifully decorated and is fully equipped. The bedroom includes two queen sized beds and is equipped with a full-sized bathroom. The balcony has great views of the Brickell Bridge, the Miami River, the Port of Miami and Biscayne Bay. The Icon 3 Residencies is set on the southern bank of the Miami River overlooking Biscayne Bay. Bordered by ample two-acre lushly landscaped outdoor living with beautiful green trees and grass, perfect to extend a blanket and have a picnic while enjoying the unmatched bay and city skyline views. Unit highlights: -Constructed by complex urban floor planning, elegant smooth ceilings rising to nine feet -Floor-to-ceiling laminated windows with energy-efficient tinted glass, -Terraces with glass railings, accessible from bedrooms and living room -High-efficiency central air-conditioning-and-heating unit -Sprinkler fire protection system -Interactive concierge on demand network and state-of-the-art telecommunications wiring including high-speed cabling to all television outlets and home-run-configured CAT5 cable for telephone and data communication. The luxurious complex is also just steps away from, pedestrian-friendly bustling sidewalk cafes, restaurants, night-time establishments and posh boutiques found throughout Brickell and Downtown Miami. Nearby the complex are supermarkets (Whole Foods), restaurants, malls (Brickell City Centre), (Bay Side), we have two parks at each side of W Hotel and Residences, overlooking to the ocean and the Miami River on the back. You could walk almost anywhere! Easy access to/from Airport and Port of Miami. Nearby places of interest are easily accessible via Miami's Metrorail, Trolleys, and ride-share apps such as Freebie. The Metrorail has several tracks that take you around the Brickell and Downtown area within minutes. The area is very safe for walking as well, and there is a parking garage right across the street if you wish to not opt for valet service. As per Condo Association, parking is complementary for stays over 30 days. Short term stays are welcome to use the Valet service (Valet rates apply) or there are nearby garages no more than a block or two away with better rates. We offer another alternative to our guests which eliminates the expense of Valet service. VERY IMPORTANT At "check in" you will have to show to our host delegate that will stay with you on the process the ID of the same person that appears as owner of the credit card used for payment VERY IMPORTANT PS. IDs will be requested by the Icon Brickell Building, like any hotel Due to Covid regulations of Miami Dade County it is necessary that any person staying in the apt or house has to be registered so is mandatory that minimum 24 hours prior to the arrival the guest send screen shots of the ID's of each person staying in the property. In the case of apts.on the building this is required for preregistration and the registration will be done at arrival in the front desk. Due to Covid regulations the maximum number of guests allowed in apts or houses is double the number of bedrooms so in the case of apts of one bedroom the maximum number of guests allowed is 2, in the case of two bedrooms is 4 etc etc Check-In: All check-ins are after 4pm. Proceed to the security desk inside the residents' entrance at Tower 3 of the Icon, located at 485 Brickell Ave. If there is a problem with your check-in, please contact me Check-out:All check-outs are required to take place by 11:00am. A housekeeper will be at the unit NO LATER THAN 11amto clean the unit. Guests MUST EXIT the unit NO LATER THAN 11am UNLESS A LATE CHECK OUT IS APPROVED IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-OUT DATE in which case an additional fee may be accessed. Smoking:This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the unit. In the event that smoking inside the unit occurs a $350.00 fee will be charged tothe credit card provided by the renter. Garbage/Trash: Please remember to take out trash the day of or evening before your departure. A trash chute is located on the south side of each floor for your convenience. Sound/Noise: City of Miami ordinance does not permit loud noise after 11pm. Please be sensitive to other guests in the building by not playing loud music or noise after 11pm. Credit Card on File/Damage Insurance: All guests staying at this property will be given the choice of providing a credit card or purchasing damage protection insurance as a form of damage protection during their stay. Guests/Parties:The maximum number of guests allowed to sleep overnight in this unit is specified with each rental. More than the allowable number of overnight guests must be approved in advance and an additional fee will be accessed. If the guest does not inform to the owners of additional guests then the credit card on file will be accessed that additional fee automatically. NO PARTIES WITH OUTSIDE GUESTS IS ALLOWED DURING YOUR STAY. Unit Contents/Condition: The unit is delivered to the guest in good condition and fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchenware, cookware, etc. Guests are NOT TO REMOVE ITEMS from the unit and to respect the overall condition of the unit.
