SpringHill Suites Miami Downtown/Medical Center recensioner

Very very disappointed in trip.com and the hotel. Paid for this day as part of a business trip. The business trip got delayed by two days, and trip.com or this hotel would not switch the night for me. They would not change the reservation to two days later, but instead charge me for the whole day even though I wasn’t gonna be there. And it’s not like I did this at the last minute. I tried to change it well before 48 hours of the reservation and they just straight up said no we’re not changing the date and we’re not giving you a refund. Who does business like that I won’t use either of these places again.

Good location breakfast is great
