We had a short stay over a weekend. We initially booked two nights but needed an extra last minute. The hotel kindly merged the bookings. We needed room service on day one which Jillian sorted for us. The service throughout our stay was great , everyone was friendly and so helpful :)

Great room, great service and great food. Staff were friendly and everything we’d want in a hotel. Highly recommend will be coming again. The bed was very comfortable which offered a great sleep. Shower and bath had amazing temperature control and left my skin feeling very soft.

Very comfy bed, extra pillows in your room if wanted, very clean. If you need more tea, coffee etc you can help yourself in reception, friendly and welcoming staff. There's a vending machine so if you want snacks or water etc in the night it's convenient.

All the staff here are amazing! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and cheerful. I had a minor issue at the start of my stay which was sorted quickly and thoughtfully by the manager. Restaurant staff were all great and really on it. My room was comfortable and perfect for a busy week at work. Couldn't fault anything.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Middlesbrough Premier Inn, room was toasty warm, bed and pillows Absolutely immaculate, got a fantastic night sleep as well Also partook in breakfast and Julian and the chef were the nicest and best around, very friendly, very polite and very helpful as well. All the items on the breakfast were absolutely declious as well. So delicious that I was full and ended up taking the banana with me (sorry!) 100% would stay there again and have the breakfast as well

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. A special shoutout to Kayleigh, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Her warm and friendly service truly stood out, and she made me feel so welcome. It’s always great to experience such lovely hospitality. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
