Everything was excellent except the pool was closed and there wasn't a big variety for breakfast but other then that I loved the hotel the staff and the service

The place is really run down, it stinks and it’s not very clean. The pool was disgusting and the breakfast they offer is a joke.

Will never stay at this hotel again. I booked at hotel level for 2 travel nights in Oct traveling south, and again north on I 75. There was no hot breakfast as guaranteed on the phone. Our family verified we could park our 45 ft truck/ travel trailer combo in a specific, well lit spot on the property on our return journey, to be awoken from our sleep, when we were told it needed to be moved further down the curbside and parked between a truck and small car. I still cannot believe that my brother-in-law was able to do so safely. The following a m , upon our departure, we were told the foid truck would not be arriving til 9 a.m. so we started our 11 hr driving day without any breakfast at all. The result: the offer of a 20% discount on our next stay. No thank you Mr. Patel, G.M.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price. Updated clean rooms & pool area. Towels in room need to be replaced. If they did that it would be 5 star in my book. Coffee always available but no breakfast item daily.

The hotel was outdated. Missing registers covers Lamps were missing a shade over the bulbs. Breakfast was just granola bars. Ironing boards were stored in the stairwells. Side doors did not have a security feature of needing a key to enter.

This place is gross. Between the grime on the walls and doorknobs, ducky tape fixes all over the place, dirty floors, wrinkled and mismatched sheets, and no breakfast when advertised as having some, this place stinks.

Awakened by noises in room. In the morning discovered mice had chewed on a plastic bag and left plastic bits and mouse droppings all over desktop. Also noticed fire/security doors at each end of hallway were propped open. I closed before going to bed as anyone could come up stairwell and access rooms. Doors propped open in am

Had to wait 10 minutes in 'lobby' for anyone to come in to wait on us. Dirty sheets, requested new ones and they weren't any better...was told that was all they had as the rest were all in the washer. Vents were dirty. coffee was empty. juice was empty. their idea of 'breakfast' was a granola energy bar - which they were also out of in the AM. Not worthy of the "Wyndham" name. Would not recommend to ANYONE! Pool was closed (had a "danger" sign on it. Asked for conditioner...they had none.

You arrive and lobby looks OK. Clean. Organized. Wife checks us in as I go get a luggage cart. No rooms on first floor - second floor. I say OK and keep rolling cart until I learn no elevators. (I am on oxygen 24/7 - I am in disbelief. So we get envelope with keys. Wife and I make first trip up to room. They give us the envelope with keys in (see pix below) Room 223. We get up there and try keys nothing. Will not work. Wife goes back to front desk (yes walked down and around building to get there). They reprogram keys, Nope will not work. Again she goes down. This time clerk returns. Keys will not work. She uses her master key and door opens and there is someone in the room! We are in room 233. Girl goes oops let's try that one. I said we could have been killed trying to get into this room! 233 works. Room was OK. Older room recently a cheaper renovation. New floor, bathroom was clean and so so. On wall has blow dryer holder but no blow dryer. Door had dents and holes in it. Beds were comfy, I will give them that. TV is small. Save your money and pay about $10 more a night right down the road. Am told much better rooms. P.S. NO breakfast just coffee and tea.
