What a HORRIBLE experience! My flight had been delayed, so I did not get to the hotel until 1 o’clock in the morning. After arriving in an Uber, I was met by a gentleman who worked for the hotel and stated they had no rooms left. I showed him my confirmation number my pin number, and it didn’t make any difference. He stated they were having problems with four of their rooms, blah blah blah!
If you are reading this, you need to seriously stay away from this hotel. I did wind up seeing the lobby the next day and it’s disgusting! I am surprised that Trip even allows this business to be on their site!

Room was a mess but supposedly under renovation. AC unit was loud, room had musty, funk smell, should be closed until renovation is complete. Check in was good but I don’t recommend at the moment. I was able to sleep but I was tired.

I booked this hotel because it said there was an airport shuttle, and when I called the hotel for the shuttle, they told me when I asked about scheduling a shuttle the woman said “ We sure don’t have any shadows here “I said well it says so on the Internet on priceline and *******, and under your site, and the woman just sat there in dead silence, and wouldn’t say anything, I said, so why is that and all she could say is I don’t know! so I am in the process of canceling my reservation!!!

Me and my husband travel for his job and this is one of the NASTIEST hotels I’ve ever been in. The blankets and sheets smell like they’ve been washed with a yr old ash tray. The walls look like they’ve never been cleaned, the towels smell like they’ve never been washed. Our current room smell like dirty grease and propane. Oh and you HAVE to let them into your room EVERYDAY. If you plan on staying here for awhile I hope you have the budget for fast food everyday cause you can’t grill, use hot plates, air fryers etc. you have no sense of privacy whatsoever. This place is disgusting and not worth it

Trash horrible the place was nasty the website lied & the rooms look nothing like what they posted service horrible building just falling apart couldnt take a shower or anything had to clean the room in order to sleep in it parking lot raggedy the staff is not friendly there was no CLEAN towels n the rooms i reserved 2 rooms that they didnt want to give him then they didnt want to refund me my money back i have never been in a experience like this before

Really crappy hotel and not worth the money and its pretty run down and needs alot of repairs. Service really ****** and rooms in dispair and hot water ****** and really no tv stations. Feels like your living in the early 1990s again

This hotel room is the filthiest I have ever stayed in. The walls were so dirty with marks that appeared to be blood or feces. I have several pictures of this room & will be glad to share. Worst experience ever

I found a hair in my bed when I woke and I’m bald in the room still had parts that were being repaired very badly might I say and they say on the menu that breakfast starts at 6:30 when I went to go get some breakfast they said it starts at seven and I found a hair in my bed when I woke up it was on me and no one was in there but me so that means it was not very clean and I’m not happy with that at all
