La Cala Resort

Very comfortable rooms, great staff and food in the hotel was excellent. I didn't get a chance to try the spa or pool due to golf tee times but they looked good too. Golf courses were tough but a really good challenge and fantastic scenery. Watch out for the paths in the wet which are very steep and slippery in the rain.

Well what can I say, it’s our 6th year running we’ve stayed here and it just keeps getting better. From the moment you walk in to reception to check in you feel the relaxed atmosphere and the warmth of all the staff. The courses are in great condition and you’ll see work ongoing to make them even better.( it doesn’t interfere with your round tho).The hotel through to the clubhouse is just 1st class, the staff are on hand all the time and very friendly/helpful. So, if you’re looking for a great resort to stay and enjoy everything about it, look no further. You won’t be disappointed!! We’ll be booking for the first week of July 2025 again☺️

Very, very friendly staff, they are just great. We have stayed at 3 different places this trip, and these guys are by far the best. We’re going to come back just because of them. Nice rooms good food, good views , and of course the golf. We will deuce back. With the family next time.

Had the most amazing meals at La Terraza restaurant was superb ! Food was outstanding ! Alberto was so kind fun and attentive as was the rest of his staff ! Amazing evening. Thoroughly enjoyed by me. 7 of us met up here for our annual golfing event from the UK. The courses are amazing, great facilities, and the weather was perfect. Food in the evenings was good, as we sampled all 3 restaurants, Bodega being the best one of the lot. The staff were so friendly and efficient. Spa facilities were very needed after a day on the course. One thing to note is you need to book your spa slot, and you do need to wear a hair cap whilst in the pool area. The rooms were a bit tight, but all the facilities you need, plus a balcony overlooking the fantastic course and mountain views. Overall a superb visit, would recommend this to anyone. Will definitely book again sometime in the future.

Pablo is now the General Manager of this hotel, and rightly so. From the second you walk in, you can feel the difference he has made. While the hotel has always been good, from the second you walk in now, the staff greet you like an old friend. They immediately stop what they are doing and take time and care to speak with you and look after you. The entrance is spotless and has a fabulous atmosphere of sophistication and calm. Pablo himself continues to be delightful; when he talks with you, you are the only person that matters. If you are waiting to see him, he greets you but always ensures those he is with have everything they need. He knows all the staff by name and has excellent relationships with the clients, meaning everyone feels valued and welcomed. A friend and I went to some of the classes; Carlos and Carol´s stretching classes are a must. The spa continues to be my haven. This summer we had facials - absolute bliss and worth every cent. Entrance to the gym is always well organised. While the Golf Shop staff are always they busy, they smile and greet you, and it is always great to see familiar faces over the years. Thank you Pablo and the team - this hotel under his leadership is a must if you are visiting the Costa, or looking to become a member of the gym & spa.
