Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home including a Keurig and coffee pot. Enjoy mornings on the secluded balcony. Pots, pans, crockpot, air fryer, pizza oven, and everything you might need to cook full meals, quick snacks, and a gas grill is furnished. Located right over the Pendleton Bridge on the Texas side and very close to the Lake House restaurant and Lost Frontier restaurant, fishing pier & beach, and Fisherman’s Galley if you don’t feel like cooking. A short drive to Hemphill and Toledo Town for great BBQ at Hemphill BBQ & homemade pies, groceries, banking, and across the street from Keith’s Bait & tackle for fishing supplies. All linens, towels, beach towels, and starter set of toiletries and laundry, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. are provided. Comfortable sleeping for 10 total guests.
