This place was so magical, it was like taking a step back into history. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, they were so helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are so spacious and warm especially as it winter time. I would definitely recommend this hotel it is like staying in your very own palace. I would even recommend for families.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff members. Walking distance to Duomo and excellent transport link to the airport.

環境優美，服務態度也友好，早餐自己選擇的，送到房間內，很豐盛！走路去米蘭大教堂10分鐘左右，蠻方便的！

房間設施條件很差，沒有空調；淋浴房不密閉、水濺到衞生間；酒店幾乎沒有多少公共空間，像個老舊便捷酒店！

非常有特色，在米蘭屬於這個價位裏很用心的了。戴眼鏡的經理非常體貼，讓幫助訂餐非常幫忙，還幫助推薦打聽。

Very old and tired furniture, the room had a stench of cigarette (and we don’t smoke) we ask 2 times in reception to change us room and they didn’t do anything. Omar the manager was very rude and unhelpful. The shower had problems with the hot water … we complain the first day and they didn’t do anything. DO NOT GO THERE.

This hotel is very stylish in an old converted convent building so each room is quite unique. Our room was well appointed and comfortable and even had a small kitchen area. Breakfast was served in the room as the downstairs area is not large enough for a dining area although there is a small bar area which was handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful in every way and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is centrally situated but on the corner of a busy road so there was some noise at night and in the early morning.

First of all, Eva and Elisabetta!! Then location and room comfort, then value! They have it all. So warm, welcoming, great English, great direction, recommendations. After staying on the coast, I feared the city would be cold and impersonal- as it was at the airport, but not at this hotel. They’ve got it locked. Don’t hesitate to book! Loved my stay - Thank you!

As the name suggest it is really a petit palace We stayed in a superior room It came with separate kitchen breakfast area The room basically you can say a small studio suite Furnished old Italian style as the hotel pictures indicate Unfortunately they do not have a breakfast area to serve but they have a very generous room service that almost like open buffet It is within ten minute walk to duomo Street is noisy due to stone roads and trolleys and number of emergency vehicles going by They have what is called shoulder season when they shut off the a/c system so if you end up being there relatively hot it cold days you end up using blowers It is nice place Reception and people working there extremely helpful and nice I would go there again

This would have to be one of the nicest Hotels in Italy. The staff are extremely attentive to your every need. There is a quiet demeanor to the Hotel, that satisfys your every wish. There is a romantic opulence of a time that has since vanished from the present day that engulfs you to not want to leave. Centered in the heart of Milan, one would find it very difficult to find more satisfying and enjoyable accommodation than the Petite Palais Hotel. We will be back.

What was originally meant as a spot to ease out our jet lag turned into a massive disappointment to be leaving. Here for our 30th wedding anniversary, the room was appropriately romantic. Add in the wonderful breakfast delivered to our table every morning, and it became hard to leave the hotel. Topping it all off were some of the most wonderful team members we've experienced at a hotel. Elisabetta, Vida, and Alice made our whole experience even better with their cheerful attitude and excellent service. If you're in Milan, I couldn't speak more highly of the Petit Palais as an option. What was meant as the lesser of a three-city tour, resulted in some of the best memories.

Io con la mia famiglia siamo stati in questo Hotel per due notti, molto bello e vicino al centro. Staff preciso, cordiale e puntuale. Ci hanno portato la colazione in camera molto buona e abbondante. Anche il guardiano notturno cordiale e puntuale Unica pecca per il parcheggio, ma trovandosi al centro di Milano è normale che sia un po’ distante. Sicuramente da tornare

Hôtel 4 étoiles mais qui en vaut 3 , il n’y a pas de parking, pas de salle petit déjeuner qui du coup est servi d’office en chambre, pas de bar ou de lounge, pas de salle de sport, par ailleurs, ce n’est pas si proche du centre touristique et la localisation est très bruyante ( tram, travaux), impossible de se garer à proximité de l’hôtel pour descendre ses bagages car rue très fréquentée par le tram et les voitures ! Il n’y a pas de service voiturier ou bagagiste. En plus, sachez que l’on accepte les animaux domestiques mais on ne peut pas laisser l’animal seul dans la chambre, ce qui est compliqué pour balader un chien en été dans les rues de Milan, d’aller au restaurant ou de faire du shopping ou visiter des musées ! Impossible et bien sûr, on ne vous le dit pas avant de réserver même quand on prend la peine de téléphoner personnellement à l’hôtel pour s’assurer qu’il n’y a pas de problème avec le chien ! Par ailleurs, le manager n’a aucun sens de marketing ou de management, c’est à se demander s’il a eu le poste sans diplôme ? Impossible de discuter avec lui ! Par contre, le reste du personnel notamment Elisabetta et Eva ont été adorables, et se sont pliées en 4 pour trouver une solution car nous avions des toilettes non fonctionnelles. Bref, 700 euros pour une suite par nuit, c’est cher pour ce que c’est !

Magnifique hôtel, très bien situé. Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner, en chambre, parfait et très copieux. Personnel adorable, attentionné, parlant très bien français. Restaurants recommandés excellents. Je recommande vivement !
