We provide basic toiletries (soap and shampoo), but we will consider adding more in the future. Regarding the heating and hairdryer, we apologize for the discomfort. We will check the heating system and improve the overall room temperature. We also understand the bathroom's coldness was an issue and will explore better solutions.We regret the inconvenience of not having a kettle in the room and the difficulty in getting hot water early in the morning.
