Ostelzzz Milano recensioner

Servicen var toppen! Frukosten var god men enkel och hostellet ligger bra till i staden.

Vi bodde i dubbelhytten deluxe med min vän och det var väldigt bekvämt (förvänta dig inte för mycket utrymme eftersom det är ganska trångt för två personer, men ändå rent och bekvämt). Badrummet var rent liksom allt annat; personalen var supervänlig och flerspråkig och de erbjöd till och med gratis välkomstdrinkar. Frukosten var jättebra (cornetti, flingor, rostat bröd och kaffe). Runt hörnet fanns det många alternativ, vi hade en bruschetta i närheten som var helt underbar. Jag kommer definitivt att bo här igen om jag är tillbaka i Milano!

Det finns bara en gardin vid "dörren" till stugan. (Jag trodde att det var en riktig dörr.) Kabinen är lite liten och väsklåset verkar inte fungera. Jag använde inte duschen, men toaletten är bara okej. Frukosten är underbar! Jag tycker att det redan har förtjänat priset från trip.com!

I rarely feel the need to post a bad review because most times i can still find something good to say about a place and I try not to be too rough on hostels because you can’t expect a 5* experience but this hostel is beyond awful. 1. When i got there, i noticed that the individual lockers they like to advertise DO NOT WORK and because the keypad does not work, they installed a metal latch that does not secure your items. I told the reception about this problem and their “solution” was to bring my bag to the ground floor next to the reception and keep it there (i was on the 3rd floor). 2. THERE IS NO HOT WATER. I stayed here for 3 nights and not once have I had a proper shower and i only used cold water. 3. Each room has a bathroom light sensor that automatically turns on/off. THEY HAVE COME LATE IN THE EVENING IN OUR ROOM TO TURN OFF THE SENSOR UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING SO YOU EITHER USE THE BATHROOM IN THE DARK OR YOUR PHONE FLASHLIGHT!! 4. The balcony door is pretty much open and it connects all rooms so anyone could enter freely at all times. 5. The only good thing in our room was that the AC was working.

Include free breakfast, free WiFi and a bed with high privacy Very clean and good hygiene around kitchen, bedroom and bathroom There’s was no air conditioner, which is quite hot and woke due to it at night. Besides that, highly recommend to go

The rooms were nice. They are separated cabins which give some more privacy.

Quite remote from the Duomo and the train station but within walking distance from metro. Very clean and the cabin with curtain provides you with privacy. But no stable hot water and the shower cubicle was quite small. The reception and entrance was situated at the basement so have to walk the stairs. I was carrying a heavy suitcase and asked if I can use the G/F exit to spare myself from the heavy lifting. But the staff said no.

The place was easy to find, booked the 2 people pod but was quite stuffy in there. Did not get much hot water when showering.

It was fine for the price and even breakfast was included , the only thing that bothered was the cleanliness of the bathrooms which was honestly a bit poor , it was my first hostel experience , so all and all it was okey

Worthy of the price,nice location nearby station, convenient for solo trip.

Not far from Milano di Duomo. All is clear. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very nice. The towel is free. There is a kitchen.

Nice, flexible when asked for a change the room (I prefer upstairs)

The hotel location was just walking distance from the Duomo and right next to shopping street. Capsule beds and sheets were clean. Toilette showers were clean. Served very nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Stored my bags for 2euros after check out.
