Ostelzzz Milano recensioner

The hotel location was just walking distance from the Duomo and right next to shopping street. Capsule beds and sheets were clean. Toilette showers were clean. Served very nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Stored my bags for 2euros after check out.

There is only a curtain at the "door" of the cabin. (I thought it was a real door.) The cabin is a little small and the bag lock seems not working. I did not use the shower, but the toilet is just okay. The breakfast is wonderful! I think that has already deserved the price provided by trip.com!

The hostel itself was nice. I love the capsule style cabins in the dorm room. I stayed in the female dorm with an en-suite bathroom. The shower cubicle was a bit shabby. Could do with a clean. Not too bad though. Plenty of privacy The cabins are like your own mini room. There are four floors. There is an elevator. Kitchen is on the first floor if you like to prepare your own food.. A microwave, two stoves and a fridge provided. A small eating area is by the kitchen. The dining area where breakfast is served is just in the entrance of Hostel. Breakfast included in the price. Ample enough. Continental style. Sheets and big towels provided too. Overall. I had a pleasant stay and the staff were lovely too. For winter the place was adequately warm in the rooms.

Very comfortable above all, breakfast is a little limited. Rooms are kept very warm.

I genuinely don't know how the score for this place is so high. I hated everything about this place and I don't consider myself as a picky person. The location, very dodgy specially in the night for a woman solo traveller. I arrived around 10pm and as I was walking from the train station to get there, there were guys like saying things. The staff, I only had contact with one and she wasn't friendly at all. The room, I got one bed in single "deluxe" dormitory, one of the door's passcode was broken and they just left a hole there. Inside the room the TV doesn't work. The cushion on the wall was ripped off. The metal makes a lot of noise with every little movement. The toilet stinks and feels disgusting to use. And for me the icing in the cake was the bed sheet giving me allergy due to all the mites on it. My whole body started itching as soon as I lay down. So I couldn't sleep and I just sat down on the ground all night while booking another hotel and waited for the morning to leave.

Double bed cabin was great! bed was comfy and good storage underneath it. Kitchen was a bit under equipped but we made do. Staff were nice and breakfast was lovely

Really convenient location, near the station and just 10min walk from bus shuttle for airports in Milano. There's different options for eating around the hostal and seems really safe and nice. I'd definitely book again for short solo trips. My only observation would be that the locker inside the room for keeping the suitcase safe was broken. Other that that, all great!

Sleepless night as the pods got very hot, and there's not any ac which made my stay very tedious.

Before I went to the Hostel I sent them a several e mails to get the directions. No one answered. They don't check emails. So if you speak Italian call them. Otherwise they will not answer. Or communicate with a smoke just like in old days. In the lobby there was heating. 1st and 2nd floors never heated. Weather was cold. Otherwise very nice hostel. I like the staff very nice people.

The hotel is clean and affordable. Recommended!

General speaking this hotel is so so, if only limit budget it is ok, otherwise, no recommend to it
