Hotel Ibis Milano Ca' Granda foton

Honestly, staffs are friendly and nice. But the customers are always in long line and we hv waited for over 20 mins to wait for check-in… The room are clean but it has drainage problem… not only wash basin but also bath tube…

My stay overalls experience was not bad. Professional staffs, the room was clean enough. Trams and bus stop next to the hotel. The distance from Milano Central station is not too far, with a 15-20 minutes bus or trams ride from the hotel.

The receptionist system is very slow service everyone will jam at this process. The room is not convenient to charge electrical devices and there is no any complimentary in the room, they give you only the paper cups for blushing and liquid soap. During the night time, there was fire alarm for 1 min and stop itself. Remark: 1 evening ,there was someone open to my room without knocking and open to room. He seem like hotel service but he show me only card with electronic machine. So the security is not really good at all. Anyone can entrance to the room without filtering. One thing for this hotel that I like is the canteen staff at the breakfast room, they are so kind and service mind. For this review after changing the room, it would not fare enough if I rate point of the review as same as 1st booking review. For the other receptionists are not so bad as on 13th night receptionist for checking.

The staff is very helpful,friendly, they dun produce kettle,but still giving a help to give me hot water.

I stayed 2 nights and I slept well. The cleanliness was not perfect but average. Besides as for the price it's OK.

Average three stars hotel. Could be better or worse. Good service from reception.

設施：齊全 衞生：一般 環境：一般 服務：良好 ibis的品牌差異太大，這家不屬於太差但絕對一般，平心而論，性價比不高，不太推薦入住
