Hotel Panizza

酒店位於感恩聖母堂附近，大約一點幾公里吧，然後酒店位於二樓，辦理入住的時候要按大門旁邊的通話叫他們開門，酒店在二樓（相當於國內3樓），辦理簡單，然後乘坐一個很小的電梯上樓入住。房間還可以，我買的時候不到900rmb一晚，高級單人間，房間不大，但是有個陽台，設施齊全，還有密碼箱，沒有熱水壺，冰箱裏的水不知道能不能免費喝，上邊標了價格，但是我喝了瓶純凈水後邊也沒收我錢。房間陽台很不錯，要是兩個人一起的話就更好了，可以坐着聊聊天看看街景。然後每天都會有人來打掃，被子啥的看着蠻乾淨的，注意他們馬桶旁邊有個小的類似洗手盆的，那是洗pg用的，但我們大部分人都沒這習慣吧😄。酒店交通還挺方便的，一百米轉彎處有10路有軌電車，走600多米可乘坐M1地鐵，建議大家如果玩耍幾天的話購買那個3天的通票，合算一些（我經常做錯站😂）。然後吃的話附近也有不少餐廳，走幾步路就到了，酒店的早餐我感覺挺豐盛的，就西餐的那些玩意，有不少點心，還有酸奶和水果，好評！。玩耍不用擔心，米蘭很小，半小時的公共交通基本可以到達大部分景點。基本上就這樣，説實話米蘭酒店挺貴的，退房的時候還要交4歐/天的税，但前台服務很好，也會一點英語，各種打招呼。

Good budget hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean. Would definitely stay again. Located in residential area, so nowhere to eat/drink nearby but only 150m from tram, where you can go to the attractive Navigli canal district, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a small supermarket by the tram stop. Also only about 15-20 minutes from Duomo by tram, bus or metro (metro station about 10 minutes walk from hotel). Didn't have breakfast, as it was basically coffee, juice and croissant. Our room had a cracked toilet lid, but usable. We didn't bother reporting it, as we only stayed one night. Everything else was fine. Hotel is on second floor of a residential building, but there is a lift/elevator.

Be aware this hotel might try to scam you. I booked a room in mid May for a stay in July for €134. I entered my card details, everything was confirmed. Then a few days before going I received an email saying there was my problem with my card and I had to reconfirm. Unfortunately I didn't see the email and they cancelled my booking without trying to phone me or anything. The day later I replied with my card details and was then informed the room was still available but now at €234! The exact same mediocre room for €100 more. I replied this wasn't acceptable and I was then informed the manager would do a special deal of €180. Still €50 more for the exact same room. I phoned and surprise surprise the manager wasn't available but I said I would phone the next day to speak to him. Later that day I recieved an email and wow the manager had changed his mind and decided to honour my original booking. I don't know if this is a scam to try and trick foreign tourists into paying exorbitant prices as it was strange how the situation changed when I switched from English to Italian. To be fair the receptionist I spoke to was very helpful as was the one at the hotel when we checked in and I don't know if they have to follow their manager's instructions, so I'm not complaining about them. I won't be staying here again after this experience.
