The biggest anti-recommendation. If you don't want things and money stolen from your room, stay away from this aparthotel. Also they control Le Suite del Corso The Smart Boutique Aparthotel By OSPITAMI .During our stay, a large amount of money was stolen from the room and the safe was ransacked and taken. As it turned out, the other girls room was also robbed on the same day. We have contacted the police, but they are not doing anything. The next day when I went to the reception in the other building and asked the manager Alessandro to look at the cameras, he refused to do SO and had no interest in helping us find out who entered our room and the other girls room. Then I took a picture of him and when he saw it, he locked the reception door and wouldn't let me out until he deleted his picture from my phone himself. He said that he will remove the code to our apartment door so we couldn't take the rest of our stuff. At the time we were staying there, 2 rooms of 3 were robbed. Therefore, the occupants of the third room were initially suspected. I met the maids in the corridor and asked to see the guys room and they let me! ls it normal? That the maids allowed me to go to a stranger's room?? Therefore, I immediately suspected that the maids were also involved in the theft. There are cameras, there is a smart lock. The manager said he could see when the door was unlocked, but he dont do this. I think that the only option is that here all the employees are involved in thefts and there are cameras in the rooms! Be careful, because it turns out that there have been thefts from this hotel room before. We have been forced to go to the lawyers in our country, if it needs we will also go to the higher courts, but we will not leave it at that!!

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. I made the mistake of renting for a week an apartment by the Duomo managed by Altido. The place was simply not liveable: it had extensive water damage that had broken the floor making it unsafe to walk on due to protruding nails and splinters; due to the flooding all curtains had been removed, hence one had no privacy (despite overlooking a busy street) nor protection from the morning sun; the wooden blinds were broken and unsafe to use; due to the broken floor one could not even close the bedroom door; and let me add that the apartment overall was in a dismal state - nothing to do with the sleek pictures of their advertisement. I reported the issue as soon as I checked in and was told that they would do remedial actions. After 3 days of no action I gave up on them and moved to a nice boutique hotel. The apartment should have not been on the market: would have not satisfied minimal healthy and safety requirements.

The room was beautiful, very clean, and secure. Check in was pretty seamless and it has a great location. Unfortunately, the AC in the room was broken. We immediately called the host and explained what was happening. We were able to confirm that it was blowing air with the fan, but the air wasn't being cooled. He explained that the temperature only goes down to 20 degrees Celsius, even if you have it set on 16. The light also must be blinking green for the AC to work properly, and it was. He said that no one else has reported any issues and there wasn't anything he could do this late in the day. He also said they didn't have any other rooms available for us to check into. We agreed that we'd give the room and hour or so to cool down and I would text him if it never did. Two hours later I texted him and let him know that the room wasn't cooling down. We tried opening the windows, even though there was a concert with 5000 people happening in the piazza del duomo about 100 yards from our window. It was actually cooler outside than it was in the room, and my phone was telling me that it was 78 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The host never responded and we tried to sleep. I probably only slept for about 2 hours that night because I was completely drenched in sweat. The fan continued to blow warm air and we had the windows open the entire night. At one point I had to go and take a cold shower just to rinse the sweat off and try to cool down. When I got back in bed the sheets were completely soaked with sweat. We ended up leaving the hotel around 6am to check into another one that we booked with sykmiles. At this point I asked the host if he could provide us with a refund. We didn't get a response the next day so I followed up again. Two days later the host finally responded to me and said that he'd check and let me know. At first he offered a refund of $100 so I explained that we paid $317 and that I'd really like a refund for the full amount. He then asked me what we spent at the other hotel that we went to and I explained that we had to use skymiles. At this point he stopped responding to me completely.

I donot ussually give a bad review but Avoid this hotel at all cost… I have booked 4 rooms .. The ac not working in all the room and they told us it will be fixed by next day but keep giving excuses. And they do not gv any solution.. giving a fan is not acceptable. Also it is noisy since 3 in the morning.. as there is some construction going on next door and they do not even gv us notice

Fantastic location! You step out right into the heart of Milan, but you don’t hear the noise of the streets in the rooms which is amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel and room had fantastic aircon and kept us cool in the incredibly hot heatwave. The key system worked perfectly and no issues. The pillows were amazing and we had the best sleep in ages here, even considering getting them shipped to the UK. I felt safe and comfortable and would return. I would only wish to have someone on reception a little later and earlier. Check out is at 10 and no one is there till 10.

We stayed in altido for 2 nights - rooms were very nice no doubt but it wasn’t like a hotel it was like air bnb no customer service nothing. Hot water in bathroom only lasted for a while and when we complained about it the manager reacted to it very rudely and never got back to us about this issue. After 7 there’s no one in the hotel to assist you with anything. We emailed and called them but no reply from them. Overall stay was comfortable but no customer service.
