很少給評價，這次必須好好點評 本次行程意大利12天，米蘭的住宿，史上住過的最差住宿沒有之一，1530歐12晚，訂單酒店還未確認的時候提交了退款，該酒店多次協調不退，最後衹能入住，酒店的環境不説了，18縣小賓館的條件都不如，幾乎沒有裝修，馬路那邊的房間，跟睡在馬路上沒區別，吵的要死，對面的還稍微強一點，酒店的毛毯是不洗的，更換的是一個無法包裹住毛毯的床單，身上也癢，入住期間，那麼冷，多要一床毛毯，跟要了他命一樣的，也不開暖氣，協調多次才開暖氣，開的晚，關的早，每天都被凍醒，酒店的前台，更是個**，由於沒有熱水，我們要求一杯熱咖啡，早上出去給了一杯，下午回來，不給了，總之能拒絕就拒絕，總之住的十分窩火，毫無體驗感而言，花錢受罪，該酒店要説唯一真實的就是離沒有電梯的地鐵口400米，再者説下酒店打掃衞生，地上的垃圾白天在哪裡，晚上就還在哪裡，每天唯一的衞生大概率疊了一下被子，拖了一下衞生間，至於衞生間的垃圾桶，幾天到一次吧，沒有沐浴露，洗髮水，牙刷牙膏，呵呵呵，為什麼不退呢，我們是他開業以來，入住時間最久的客人，其他都是住一兩天就走，12天的意大利住宿，喜提咳嗽，身上過敏，自討苦吃

Stay away from this accomodation, we made 2 seperated bookings with 2 seperated names and e-mails for the same periode, and get both bookings canceld because our credit cards did not work, complete noncense, they could sell the rooms for more money Stay away and don't book this accomodation if you don't want to end up, sleeping under the bridge

PUBLIC SAFETY HAZARD. It is NOT A 2 Star. It is vile, filthy, squalid, seedy. ROOM: Duct tape covering holes in walls; Dirty walls; Twin top sheet on Queen bed; Obvious drywall patches that have gone unpainted based on the gray color; Twin bed mattress was slumped in the middle (the person who slept on it said it was horrible, 'like a mattress in half-way house'); Oscillating fan filthy; Hot space, had to sleep with door open; Many mosquitoes. BATHROOM: No shower curtain; Grimy shower door rail on floor but lacking shower door; Door handle in bath room kept falling off (left it off as we were concerned one of us could be locked in); Bathroom ceiling partially unpainted, and bubbling drywall on ceiling above showerhead; None of us showered. LOBBY: Lobby carpet pad trying to cover stairs was not tacked down - more like a carpet pad slide - very dangerous; Wires coming out of wall. We booked for 3 nights based on photos that were portrayed as very attractive rooms (which we now doubt were from this b&b). We checked in mid-afternoon. Upon seeing the room, I took several photos then approached the front desk with concern and complaint. I asked the desk clerk (who was very nice) if he would pay 657.50 Euros for this room - he shook his head and said no, but he didn't own the b&b and could do nothing. We immediately tried to locate other lodging but nothing available due to Milan activities, until the next day. PUBLIC SAFETY HAZARD. This business should not be on any reputable booking site. We have many more photos if necessary.
