One of Milan’s new hidden gem. The location is nearby Chinatown and corso como. So it’s not close to the shopping district and Duomo area. But the service is comparable to other 5 star hotels. Very attentive staff patient and helpful. Rooms are great, extremely comfortable and size is pretty big for European hotel rooms. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Milan!!

Really lovely hotel - staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were spacious. There is a great turn down service. You also get complementary access to their small spa (it has a sauna, ice shower and bath). The only thing I would change is the $45pp for breakfast - we didn't try this because of the price. You could get snacks and drinks on the rooftop though - which was really cool!

The Conceirge, Savo, went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations when assisting us with travel plans. The room was cleaned twice daily. Front desk staff were all professional and kind. The food was wonderful. Our room had a lovely view of the park. We enjoyed the walk to the Duomo and charm of the surrounding area. We were happy with everything this hotel had to offer.

It was a surprise for me, everything is out of my expectations! Very clean room and good amenities, the front desk is warm and helpful, the Terrance in the 8th floor is magnifique, everything is nice for me in this last stop in Milan, Thanks!

Hotel service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and until noon . Location was convenient for me. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing hotel with friendly staff! I stayed there for a night but definitely will go back to enjoy spa and delicious food!! Family room was super comfortable and more than enough for 4 people. I highly recommend this hotel for not only business trips but also if you are traveling to Milan to explore the city. Location was super convenient too…

Fantastic 5* hotel, nothing wrong with the location other than it being a 15min tram ride out of the centre. The staff were all fantastic and a credit to the hotel, food and drinks were also excellent.

Got ignored a lot service wasn’t great , didn’t sleep at all because of the noise from the hotels music downstairs as our room was above. Never would stay here again, would not recommend !!!

Hotel was new which was good. The terrace area was very hard to get a good seat by the pool. Also, room service missed a few things when cleaning. They gave us a gift for our anniversary which was nice. Overall a good hotel quite close to transport links.
