The location was great, but the hotel doesn't have great amenities and the bedroom & the bath are very small.

The rooms were mediocre for the price, however the manager (the only Italian man in his mid 30s ) was really arrogant and behaved unprofessional, didn't helped us at all, just did the minium and just wanted us to pay. indeed We wanted to look for an address in Milan, he didn't want to help us, didn't allow us to use the internet nor the hotel phone for a local call and did not give us extra towels. When my colleague asked to come to my room to fetch something, he reluctantly accepted but soon later he called in my room to ask her to get out... ln summary he really behaved poorly and l would suggest that he take some hotel courses and do some self development skills because so far the impression he gave us was "darsi delle arie" Your employees (who were all foreigners) were much more helpful and polite than you.

I stayed at a hotel recently that left me thoroughly disappointed. While the location was excellent and the staff was friendly, everything else was dreadful. The rooms were outdated and had a strange odor. The doors did not feel secure or reliable; they would shake every time someone else slammed their room door. The breakfast was meager and somewhat unsettling. Overall, it was a rather unsettling experience.

The main feature of this hotel was its convenience to a rail station on a line with direct link to the University conference centre. The staff were friendly. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was acceptavle.

I have no words to describe how bad is hotel is . The breakfast was so poor , no egg no fruits , only bread and some poor cheese. Try don’t clean the room every day and the guy at the reception said that they don’t change towels every day if it doesn’t need and he wanted us to ask if we need it. We didn’t get a extra toilet paper either. No elevator , and the air conditioner didn’t work and the room was so hot when it was 28 degrees outside, I was awake the whole night. It’s hotel so Crap , please people don’t book it , I am warning you , don’t destroy your stay in the beautiful city Milan at this horrible place .

Non mi aspettavo grandi cose da un 2 stelle visto il prezzo e la buona posizione ma mi auguravo pulizia , confort dei letti, insonorizzazione, climatizzazione e cortesia .L'ho trovata. Qualche sforzo in più nella manutenzione ordinaria dei sanitari non guasterebbe.....(stanza 218)

Hotel a portata di mano con la fermata del trenino regionale vicina. È piccolo e semplice ma fa il suo dovere, anche per il prezzo che in questa città non è facile trovare basso. Personale tutto okay. Molto comodo anche l’orario 11.00 per lasciare la camera. Per Milano, ci sta !

Muy buena opcion en Milan. Ubicado a 15 cuadras del Duomo. La zona Dateo quizas no es la mas atractiva, pero tiene lugares cerca para desayunar y almorzar/cenar. Es tranquilo, sin tanto ruido. El hotel correcto, el desayuno muy barato (pagamos eur 5 por persona y es buffet). Las habitaciones comodas, aunque algo pequeñas, pero muy limpias y con buen baño. Importante: no hay ascensor. En fin, lo recomiendo, sobretodo si buscas una alternativa economica.

Hotel correcto bien ubicado En recepción son amables, la habitación es de tamaño medio, el baño no es muy grande y la ducha minúscula. El desayuno suficiente. En general recomendable sin muchos lujos, por ejemplo no hay ascensor, con una buena ubicación.

Cet Hôtel est correct. Les mauvaises notes ne sont pas forcément justifiées. Pour une nuit à ce prix, nous n’étions pas déçus. Cela reste un hôtel low cost donc il ne faut pas s’attendre à du luxe. De plus sa localisation n’est pas si mal (a côté du métro M4). Malgré tout nous avions la climatisation, une télé avec Netflix, une salle de bain propre. Il y a évidemment des défauts (rideaux sales, fenêtre qui se ferme pas en entier et qui laisse passer beaucoup de bruit, débit d’eau faible pour se laver, micro trous dans les draps…). Pour une nuit, cet hôtel convient parfaitement, surtout au regard du prix.

Risceglierei questo hotel a due passi dal centro solo 20 minuti di camminata x arrivare al duomo. Posizione strategica, sotto l'albergo c'è la fermata del tram 92 che ti porta a stazione centrale in poche fermate e anche la stazione del treno Milano Dateo che ti porta ovunque.. in questi giorni ho scoperto che ha soli 3 fermata ti porta all'outlet Scalo di Milano.. super eccellente! La mia stanza singola la 108 situata al primo piano da sulla via principale di viale Piceno piccola ma graziosa adatta per chi ha poche pretese come me.. il letto super comodissimo, la stanza pulita, luminosa, dotata di TV e il bagno perfettamente funzionante, bidet, doccia e asciugacapelli.. e x non parlare della prima colazione servita dal proprietario Mario puoi scegliere ciò che vuoi caffè, cappuccino, croissant e ce l'angolo fette biscottate, marmellate, nutelline ecc.. con una piccola terrazza piena di piante, Mario e anche gli altri addetti alla reception subito pronti a darti consigli e suggerimenti x vedere Milano.. Ve lo consiglio davvero! Sono rimasta entusiasta su tutto ma soprattutto x posizione, comodita' e prezzo poi sei veramente a due passi dal centro e dal Duomo.. Se ritorno a Milano risceglierei sicuramente Hotel Dateo! Grazie

Reservamos habitación para 2 personas, mi pareja y yo. estuvimos del 25 al 30 de junio. Ciertamente está bastante bien. la habitación normal de tamaño, había aire acondicionado, el wifi iba más o menos bien. se ofrecía desayuno buffé por 5 euros lo cual estaba bastante bien también y todo el personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Nuestra estancia fue por turismo y ciertamente lo único negativo, que tampoco es para tanto es que la ducha era un pelín pequeña. Gratamente sorprendidos por nuestra estancia allí y gracias al recepcionista que estaba por la tarde y a Mario que estaba por la mañana por todo.
