Far from city, room nil electric kettles water need to borrow from reception. Room really dirty. Having difficulty sleeping because the bed is unstable.

Absolutely disgraceful hotel. The rooms are very dirty. The inside smells of pork fat and meat. They even sell room slippers for money. There is no water, it is sold for money. They have commercialized everything. You cannot find a parking space, you have to park far away on the road. You cannot find any staff at the reception. In one word, it is terrible. How is this a 3-star hotel? Even 1 star is too much. It is like a barn. Cold air comes from the windows. The air conditioner does not work. Extremely dirty and filthy rooms.

It’s a bit far from the train station, but as a first-time visitor to Italy, it wasn’t a big deal. The mattress was super comfy, and everything was clean and warm for winter. I honestly enjoyed my stay! The staff speaks French, Italian, and English, and they were all so friendly. As a solo traveler, I had a great experience.

Service from the staff on arrival and during stay was very good and friendly, spoke good english. Breakfast options were good and had much variety. Only minor issue was the location and amount of plug locations within the room, as one was in bathroom, and other behind TV in our specific room. Noise from outside the room can be loud due to trains and other rooms along the corridor.

I’ve booked an economy single bedroom. Everything were better than expected. My only one problem is that the toilet is located next to the shower tray, and legroom whe you are sitting in the toilet, is doesent exist. The breakfast was more than enough, and wide selection of foods.

Absolutely loved the place! Its not jn the center, but for this price, its really good option! Room was quite big, bathroom looked clean and big! There was an desk to work for few works in the room! Thanks for the experience;

Spent two nights in Milan, hotel prices are absolutely crazy and this is a grear value for money. You can take a tram to go downtown or to the subway station so location is acceptable. Rooms and toilet are ok, breakfast is decent, overall a positive experience.

Great hotel next to a tram station and half an hour from city center

The hotel's location near the tram stop was really handy. Plus, having lots of restaurants and shops nearby made it even better. And the hotel staff were really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious.

It was great! The staff helped us a lot. The place is around 1.5 km from center but has good connectivity through local transport

It’s was very nice mini hotel very good hospitality for the touriste who doesn’t speak Italian the reception 24h speaking an excellent English and French wish was perfect for my case 2 mins away from the public transport wish mean 26mins to see the gorgeous cathedral du duamo Very friendly and helpful Coming back in winter 🤍❤️
