Hotel Bolzano recensioner

Bed is good. But old hotel. What I like the most is the efficient and friendly staff. The person who checked me in (Filipino) was not only professional but also provided me with a kettle when I asked for one. I have stayed in a newer hotel nearby earlier this year who told me to go next door cafe for hot water. However, the room I was in, ground floor, is pretty noisy. Need ear plugs.

The hotel is well-maintained with clean bed and toilet. The location is close to the train station.

セントラル駅から徒歩圏内でアクセスが良い。ホテルの室内や設備は値段相応で、そんなに室内で過ごさないという方であれば良いと思います。

フライト前日に一泊だけ利用しました！ ミラノ中央駅まで近くてキャリー引いても歩ける距離です。 エコノミーダブルを予約しましたが、狭くて驚きましたが、スーツケース二つは開ける広さはあります。 本当に必要最低限だけを求める分には問題なしです。 私は部屋に入った瞬間驚きましたが、一泊だしと思えば 過ごせました！！ シャワーのみ、水回りも問題無し。 ポットも有ります。 何より目の前がスーパーなので、ちょっとした買い物は目の前のスーパーで買い物も出来て利便性は良かったです。

酒店設施乾淨，地理位置方便 行李寄存方便，Wi-Fi 連接訊號良好 但房間燈光較暗，但空間較大和舒適

A Sra que nos atendeu muito simpatica , falava somente em italiano . Quarto grande , para tres pessoas , limpo , nos deram um com a janela para os fundos , silencioso , tiravam o lixo diariamente e houve troca de toalhas de banho também . No site havia ar condicionado , mas não mencionava que para usá- lo o em pleno verão de Roma ( 38 graus) precisavamos pagar 10 euros por dia., que acabamos pagando.

Good value but not glamorous. The rooms were smaller and felt a little dated. Breakfast was good, location was good as well. If you’re looking to save a little money it’s a good choice, it felt safe and the area around the hotel was nice as well.

Visited Milan and stayed here for only 1 night! It was a very small room with hardly any space to move around and the bathroom was tiny! There was no iron kettle in the room. Quite disappointed with the amenities I would have thought the hotel would have provided better facilities. The lift has space for just 1 person and the lobby was dated, dull with no air conditioning. I wasn’t at all impressed that’s why I only stayed 1 night

I spent 2 nights booking a double room several monts in advance as I attended to a concert. First thing to highlight is the service and flexibility. Once realised I had a different flight schedule than expcted, the structure could add an extra night to my stay over the phone, confirming punctually prices and room via e-mail. We arrived on Friday around midnight. The room was minimal, open cabinet, a few hangers, no drawers, One table with chair, a TV and 2 bed side tables with electricity sockets (no USB port). Overall small and clean (although not excepional). Bathroom is equipped with soap/shampoo. Airco is very noisy, excessive to have it running during the night. Opening a window was a bad choice as on Saturday morning at 6:00 there was a delivery at the hotel with tremendous amunt of noise. The bed is comfortable being not too soft (this is personal preference). The safe in our room was different than the one depicted on the instructions and it was blocked. We asked for help at the reception on Saturday morning but there was no way this could be fixed (keys were missing, expert would be there only after a few hours). So we had to leave a bag at the reception. The breakfast is amongs the most abundant in terms of choice I have seen in a long time. The quality of almost all sweet/salty products is high, and the staff constantly replace what is missing. If I must find a minus: only 1 coffee machine is cretaing some traffic at the self service. On Saturday night (15/16 June) we came back after 2:00 AM. The outer door was locked, nobody opened it after several times we rang the doorbell. I even had t o call the phone a few times. Perhaps an automatic command based on hotel key card would be better as system if the front desk is not attendend constantly.

I don’t think this hotel deserves all the bad reviews on here…. we travelled in large group, for what we needed this hotel was perfect but have to admit it looks a bit tired. The location is spot on - few min walk to the central Station and metro, grocery store right opposite, located in the quiet area and loads of little Bars and cafes in the area. As for the rooms - The aircon was working but it took ages to cool down the room. Most importantly the rooms are quite dark, the light is really bad. Our room had balcony so we did our makeup there , but some of the other girls from our group didn’t have balcony so it was a slight struggle getting ready. The balcony we had (1st floor) was facing the road, luckily hotel is located on one of the side roads so it wasn’t noisy. HOWEVER, that balcony was very untidy with some old cigarettes buds swept in one corner, that didn’t bother us too much but it wasn’t a good look. Staff was very friendly and helpful, bed VERY comfortable, and rooms and bathroom was clean so we can’t fault that. There was some sort of bar area in the hotel but it was never opened so not sure how to access and during what hours. All in all I think it’s a decent hotel in a great location, the price we paid was very good, other hotels in the same standard and location looked significantly more expensive , so we were happy with our choice, perfect for what we needed during our stay in Milan.

That hotel was the most awful place you ever seen in Milan ! The WC was not functioning, the rooms smelled very bad, the AC heating was defect almost everything!! I used to stay there many times before 10-12 years and things were absolutely different!

Overall a nice clean and comfortable room. My room was on the 3rd floor and was fairly quiet. The bathroom is separate to the bedroom and has a toilet, bidet, shower and basin. Towels are large and soft and were changed each day. The heating was a bit tricky to work out but the bed was very warm so no issues overnight. Power/lights were linked to the room card which meant you could not charge any devices whilst out of the room. Breakfast was available each morning and had a good range of foods. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were happy to watch bags after checkout on the last day. Location is very good for the central station and is about a 30-40 minute walk to the duomo but there are also trains nearby you can take.
