Hotel Brianza

밀라노 역에서 걸어서 10분정도에 위치해있었으며 24시간 컨시어저가 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 청결이 그렇게 깨끗하진 않았습니다.

Stayed there 4 nights at February 2009. Took a taxi from Milan main train station and it costed about 8euros. Rate include little breakfast at downstairs. Hotels is equal distance from Repubblica and Porta Venezia subway stations which both take you to all the big sights. Rooms are very standard but sadle the bathroom is little crowded. Toilet is right next to a shower closet so if you´re grown person you have to reverse yourself to sit on it. There´s lot of restaurants near the hotel, different styles too. This is allright hotel if you don´t demand anything superb. One minor complaint is that some renovation(?) work started quite early near our room/window so we got an early waking. I understand that work needs to be done but hotel should inform workers to start noisy jobs a little later.

Stayed there for 1 night at end Sept 2008. A bit far from Milan Central Station (take about 15mins walk with luggage) but close to Repubblica Metro Station where you can take direct train to Duomo. Room size is small as expected but it seems to have been newly refurbished with some new furniture. Reasonably clean. Bathroom size is ok and clean as well. The inclsive breakfast contained cereal, croissant, toast, fruit, coffee which was good enough. Be aware that there is no lift so you will need to carry the baggage up to the room. The hotel is just located next to tramline so it is a bit noisy at night and early morning, but not really a big problem. Staff is very nice. With 88euro for a twin room it was really good value for money and will definitely recommend others to stay here.

I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. Despite the excellent location in the center of Milan, I was given old and difficult-to-use keys. The building itself was old and lacked an elevator, but the staff was friendly and kept the room clean. Even though I paid more to stay here, I couldn't sleep past 6 am due to the cleaning staff being loud in the hotel every day. I would never stay there all recommend this place to anyone please play a little extra money to stay somewhere else it's not worth it. I don’t recommend anybody staying at this hotel unless you have very low standards and low maintenance . They definitely need to do some major updating in there.

Spent a week here. We arrived late at night, the receptionist met us very friendly and say that we can pay the tax tomorrow morning. We were very happy, because we were exhausted. The breakfast was quite nice, good choice of coffee, freshly backed croissant everyday. The room was clean and nice, there is everything we needed. Location is very good, in the middle of railway station and historical center, so we didn't take a metro or other public transport. Unfortunately, there is no elevator.

Do not waste your money! Bed bugs were found in the sheets and Matress - confirmed by employee - no apology from front desk - only offered to change the sheets but the bugs were in the creases of the Matress! Disgusting, small, stinks and I highly suggest you stay clear!

the hotel is a very nice / clean small hotel - breakfast was very good - owner and staff were very helpful and very friendly - room was cleaned on a daily basis . the only thing negative about it is that it has no lift , and you have to hand carry your bags to the first or second floor by yourself - but the good thing is that the owner and the staff offers that do carry the bags by themselves , and this is what they did on my check out. over all it was a very nice stay especially that it is 5 minutes walk to corso Buenos Aires and 15 minutes walk the Central train station .

The hotel is located within 15mins walk to the central station and 25mins walk to the Duomo. We walked to/from the central station almost every day of our 8 night stay. There is a supermarket right across the street, trams to central station and Duomo right across the street, 5mins walk to a beautiful park and many restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms not too small and was well cleaned everyday. We did not take the breakfast as there are many more value for money options around. Issues: 1. There was no lift and we had to carry our luggages ourselves to our rooms but i guess this is common in Italy. 2. The other issue was a recurrent drainage issue in the shower where the water kept accumulating and the issue was not resolved even after they intervened 2 times 3. If you are alight sleeper then this hotel is not good for you. You can hear all the trams and metros going around at night...and very loud. Overall nice experience

I am a frequent traveller and stay in all standards of accommodation. All I need is somewhere I can sleep. This hotel sleeping is not possible. There is no aircon as advertised so the window needs to stay open but the really noisy trams are right outside the window running from 6am - 2am. I am most annoyed about being manipulated into taking a “room with balcony” which are the WORST in the hotel. The hotel email to say if you want a balcony you should request this…who doesn’t want a balcony??right?? Wrong. You request this then they say they changed the room at your request. They said Oww we can change the room but the trams are noisy. I asked what time trams run, they said 6am - midnight. This is a lie, they run until 2am. Being lied to and manipulated in this way is not what I want when paying good money.
