Smart Hotel Milano recensioner

Book it for extended stay in Milano over the weekend. Staff are helpful, breakfast is simple but good. Superb location just 2 mins walk cross Milano centrale, and to bus stop for outlet shopping

Great location. Super poor on sound proof for whole hotel. The noise from opening, closing doors. People walk in the room or corridor. You can hear everything. Never had a good sleep during my stay. WORST is dishonest cleaning lady, already told her not to clean my room. But somehow, someone came to my room and ONLY made up the bedsheet.  And I am 200% someone used my skincare products including eye curler..  OMG …  Will never wanna book this hotel unless it’s free.

Smart hotel is a newer hotel conveniently located a block from Milan Central station. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The rooms are a bit on the smaller size but the bed is still very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and massage within a block of the hotel.

great location! next to train station and lots of good restaurant nearby. just a few seconds walking to the metro station. room is spacious. some people complain about noise from hallway but that didn't bother us at all.

I won’t come back to stay here. It’s old. And the room is super small. If compare to the price…it’s not worth it.

Location of the hotel was convenient, only 7mins walk from the main station. Room was clean and nice.

Great location to stay, 3 mins walking distance from Milano centrale station, easy to find convenient store and restaurant nearby. Enjoyed our stay for there for few nights!

The receptionist is super efficient and friendly. Room is big and hot shower is very comfortable. They have plenty of power sockets for charging electric equipment.

We got back to hotel in late evening. Staff have locked the door and opened for us, we feel safe with such act. Besides, hotel is just few minutes walk away from Milano Central station, which is super convenient.

We stayed at the Smart Hotel for 3 nights in July. The room was very spacious, with a modern and clean interior. The staff were very helpful and kind to us throughout the stay.
