I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I think it's a great option for anyone looking to stay in Milan. My room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view and a balcony - which was lovely. The only slight downside was that it was on the fourth floor with no elevator, which wasn't a big deal for me but could be tricky for some people. Overall, I was really satisfied with the hotel. There was a small issue with the payment that I had to sort out through the Trip.com customer service, but they were able to resolve it for me quickly.

Poor service. Rude behavior. Unnecessary hidden charges.

the vibe is quite good there. People there were very nice to us.

在米蘭市區華盛頓大街如此蛋黃區的地段，入住率低下跟素質低下的員工脱不了關係.會前台員工言語威脅顧客的酒店實屬罕見.

I am in the hotel at the moment it is 11 am in the morning ,bad weather & the girl in the recepcion try put me on the street and kick me out from hotel ! Because she said she can check me in early at 12 pm so 1 hours and she tell me i have to leave the hotel and come back for 1 hours Because the recepcion is too small !!! Let me be clear it is here seating area !!! She as well didnt print me the road or show me even on map for tomorow ! What hotel it is ! She only can tell me !!!! *** !!!! Never fell so not welcome !!!!

Lovely place to stay, rooms are clean and tidy, it is located in a good location with Metro lines close by, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, pointed us into the best areas to go and explore and eat! would recommend staying here, very good value for money! Thank you!

The worst experienced in this hotel the receptionis is very rude unhelpful aggressive name it he has it all, do not trust that 24h reception they don’t have that they will let you live outside the whole night if you missed or request for early check in! They scam us threatening us all the worst very dirty budget hotel they ruin our vacation never book in this hotel if you don’t want to have horror vacation avoid this one they are careless!

Avoid this hotel. The staff are unfriendly and constantly vanish (so much for 24hr reception) to the point my wife was locked outside when she went for a cigarette. I had to go down and let her in. This happened to another guest also (and we allowed her in). The hotel is extremely run down. There is no lift so you need to take your luggage up the extremely narrow stairs. We were on the 3rd floor. The room is antiquated. The decoration terrible (imagine giving a young child a paintbrush and paint… it looks like this.. The aircon didn’t work, which meant we had to open the window… except the locals appear to use the street outside as a pseudo race track. So no chance of a good nights sleep. Which leads to the bed… The bed is not comfortable, and you’re left with a single sheet for warmth. We found bite marks all over us the next day. Google indicates these are from bed bugs. Lovely. The bathroom is small, poorly lit and feels like a prison bathroom. The drain has a tile over it which moves easily and can cause you to slip/trip. We were due to be spending 4 nights in this hotel, but after the first night - we booked another hotel (which was MUCH nicer) first thing the next day. I told the staff member that it wasn’t suitable and we were checking out. He shrugged and put the key down and walked away. When we left, I sent an email to try and get even a partial refund. No reply. Over the course of the week, I sent other emails. No reply. If you’re in Milan, I would suggest any other hotel.

Péssimo!! Quando chegamos disseram que não podíamos ficar naquele hotel e que nos tinham mudado para outro hotel: o hotel Corvetto. Este hotel ficava a 6 km de distância. Não asseguraram transporte para o mesmo. O hotel em questão era de qualidade inferior, preço por noite inferior e instalações de muito baixa qualidade. Não nos foi reembolsado qualquer tipo de valor pelo incómodo e ainda nos foi cobrada uma taxa pelo serviço (40€). Funcionário extremamente desagradável e sem qualquer tipo de recetividade a perguntas da nossa parte sobre a alteração da nossa estadia apenas quando chegamos ao hotel. Pedimos mais de 5 vezes o recibo da estadia e da taxa pedida no momento e em efetivo e até hoje (após 5 dias) ainda estamos à espera que chegue o mesmo. TERRÍVEL ! NAO RECOMENDO

Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, φιλικό προσωπικό, κοντά στη στάση μετρό. Όμως ο φόρος που πληρώσαμε επιπλέον του ποσού διαμονής (80€) θεωρώ ότι είναι υπερβολικά πολλά για δίκλινο δωμάτιο αυτής της κατηγορίας (4 βράδια). Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό.

Pessimi, mi hanno cancellato una prenotazione effettuata la sera prima del mio soggiorno perchè la carta non era capiente, ma come si fa di solito e si avvisa e avrei provveduto al pagamento in tempo reale , dopo qualche ora la camera era già non più disponibile . Questo è il loro modo di fare per vendere la camera a qualche euro in piu', complimenti!

Dit is een top verblijf. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en denkt met je mee. De kamers zijn ook goed. Stopcontacten naast het bed, WiFi, een fijne en warme douche en goede airconditioning. Wij hebben geen op- of aanmerkingen wat betreft dit hotel. We zijn goed behandeld en de kamers waren meer dan prima. Super leuke dagen hebben wij gehad, mede dankzij het verblijf.
