I am extremely disappointed with the service render by duomo hotel & apartments. Kindly take note of the feedback below:
2 Jan 2022 - Check In and indicate in our booking that we request for a queen bed but it turn out to be 2 single bed.
The hotel staff indicate that the request was not make earlier which we have no idea how it turn out to be wrong for the 2 separate booking 2 Jan to 6 Jan and 6 Jan to 8 Jan. In the end they merge the two single bed to form a queen bed make it up for the 2 booking.
3 Jan 2022 - Inform the Hotel Staff that the induction cooker is not working and we are not able to use it as an apartment to cook our chinese food which are rarely available in milan or if it does exist it will be very costly to dine in.
Please take note till the last day of our stay there are still not update nor action by the hotel staff to allow us to cook.As a result all the meals are taken outside.We have video and picture footage to proof if necessary.
4 Jan 2022 - 8 Jan 2002. Through out the stay we notice that the bedsheet are not replace when dirty and the hand soap are also not top up when empty. We have picture footage to proof if necessary.
8 Jan 2002 - We realise some of our valuables are missing from the safe box. We highly suspect the safe box has been tempted while we are away from our room.We have picture footage to proof if necessary.
Fyi - Throughout the stay at Duomo Apartment hotel there are noise to be heard from outside due to vehicles passing along the road. As the window are not sound proof and I am a light sleeper it make the stay very uncomfortable.
