意大利度蜜月的第一天！米蘭～住的這邊，總體感覺還是不錯的😄，各個方面中規中矩，嘻嘻，對面就是斯福爾扎城堡🏰很贊！晚上也很安全～第一天我們10點多才到也沒什麼問題，提前在郵箱告訴了我們密碼～

We had room 4 which overlooks the courtyard. This made it very quiet. The room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to the Castle and the Starbucks Roastery. The Princi Bakery was about 2 blocks away, which we used for our breakfast. The staff was nice and accommodating, they printed our tickets for our trip to Zurich. Would definitely use them again.

This place was fine. There were some pros and cons which I will list: Pros: We felt very safe here. There are three different sets of doors to get through with a passkey that’s emailed to you near the time of your stay. The area itself seemed very safe too as it’s right across from the castle. Right next to the metro and easily walkable to other shops / restaurants. Cons: no front desk attendant… outside noise is LOUD at night until around 1 am? There were earplugs on the bedside when we checked into the room and that automatically was a bad sign. When I contacted the property about it multiple times they just kept saying sorry and asked if we needed earplugs. They said that things that happen outside are out of their control. One night I actually caught the party bus that was causing all the loud noise and music multiple nights in a row just parked right outside the hotel. When I addressed the hotel about this and asked for a partial refund for the lack of sleep we got for 3 nights they ignored me. There are also no full length mirrors, no hair conditioner in shower and the beds are not comfortable.

This is a gem in a superb location- opposite the Castello and park, by pedestrianised streets, and 10 minutes walk to the central Duomo and lovely elaborate shopping arcade. Push button entry system by code worked excellently. Rooms spotless, spacious, with heating and A/C. Staff on hand during day extremely helpful- thanks for the extra help with our baby! Hope to return- wouldn't look for anywhere else in Milan, this is perfect. Breakfast not provided but can recommend cafe Olimpia round the corner.

The room was very clean! I was impressed. Location is excellent Definitely will return! Great view of the castle Great ambiance The bathroom was clean and supplied all necessities! Thank you to the management
