What can we say about this amazing family and their beautiful home which they open up to guests. Flavia was so welcoming when we got here as were the dogs who are absolutely gorgeous. She gave us a map of Milan and showed us the different areas we could go to and which transport is best. After a good night's sleep we have just had an amazing breakfast of meats and eggs and they even catered for my gluten free needs with toast and cakes which were the best gluten free I've tasted. Our only disappointment is that we only got to stay here for one night as we are travelling to different areas in Italy. Would absolutely recommend this lovely family run bed and breakfast and would definitely stay here again when in Milan x

I booked this accommodation based on its location near Milan central station and on positive reviews. I stayed for 3 nights. Teodora Apartment is a short, flat walk from Milan central station. Apartment 1 was at the top of the building at the back, with a delightful balcony overlooking the garden and gardens of neighbouring apartments. This was a wonderful spot in the mornings and at twilight. It felt like I was actually living in Milan. The noisiest thing was the bird song. The room was surprisingly large and the bathroom was well equipped, with a great shower. No tv or fridge. As others have noted, there are two dogs. I love dogs, so for me this was a bonus. Breakfast, which included eggs freshly cooked and basil straight from the garden, was served in a lovely ground floor room overlooking the garden (which was available for use) as was a separate lounge. There was a large market held in the square opposite on the Saturday. Easy access to shops. I felt safe at all hours in the area despite being close to the station. Hosts were very accommodating (though as they noted, I didn't see a lot of them due to my scheduling). The apartment is up two flights of stairs. This wasn't an issue for me but could be if you had a lot of luggage (they will help with luggage) or mobility issues. Although close to the station, the apartment is quite a walk to the Duomo and most other attractions. Again, this wasn't an issue for me as I love walking but something to consider if that is an issue for you as you may need to use public transport or taxis. Wifi worked well. Easy access to the train station is a bonus for doing day trips, as I did to Lake Como. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Milan.

Beautiful family-run B and B. Friendly, helpful, and genuine owners. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Great location. Every positive you can see in other reviews is TRUE. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer ( due to our schedule). Highly recommend.
