I do not want to repeat myself. But this hotel under this management has become the best hotel of the area. Nice functional rooms with good and discrete housekeeping, an excellent frontdesk staff, a great reataurant with maitre d’hotel Davide guaranteeing a perfect service, constant investments in the well being of the guests, this year with new outside furniture, ….. the infrastructure is unique for the area with a very nice and well organised beach, tennis and padel courts, a great swimming pool…. Are there remarks? May be one. The popularity and image of the hotel attract event organisers. Fashion show, business meetings….5 in 3 weeks in july. May be it could be considered to limit in the july august period these events as they somewhat inttervene with the holliday atmosphere the hotel guests look for.

I did the typical thing of book this hotel and THEN check out the reviews for it , I must learn not to do that in future ! It causes so much worry ! The biggest thing I noticed was that there were two very different and strong opinions about the hotel. Hopefully this review will help others in the future. The hotel is stunning , it really is , when I pulled up even my cab driver went 'WOW!' so all the negative reviews then happily melted away and I thought ' well, I've really hit the jackpot here !' The reception , lobby , dining rooms , 'lounge' and gardens are absolutely 5 star. Now , here's the rub .. There are TWO separate parts to the hotel , the main building and the annex. Now, I'd paid about £100 a night ( as a single occupant. ) and I'd reserved and booked a room in the Annex. No one had conned me , it wasn't a trick , there are two very different rates for two very different levels of rooms. SO when shown to my room in the annex ( I think they refer to it as the villas.) I could see why some people had written such negative reviews. I imagine that after seeing the grandeur of the place they were disappointed. BUT , seeing as I'd paid the price of a Travelodge the rooms were very adequate , beds were very comfortable and the utilities ( shower etc ) were very clean , small yes, but very adequate and very clean indeed. The simplest way to describe the experience is this, I'd booked a second class ticket on the Titanic , but I had the run of the ship , got to use all the first class facilities , and had first class service. To refer to some peoples complaints, they are justified , it would be very easy and useful to put kettles in the room , that would be great but again this is not the first time I've stayed somewhere 'upmarket' that didn't do that. The rooms in the villa are very adequate ( who really spends all their time in the room on holiday unless you're having an affair or on honeymoon !) they could be a lot nicer though , it would only take some thought, some paint , some decent pieces of art to actually make them very good indeed - This is something the hotel should REALLY think about , it wouldn't cost much and would make s MASSIVE difference to a lot of their guest and reviews I expect. I enquired at the front desk about the room differences and it was happily explained to me but I have to say when I arrived I was given no info at all on the hotel , restaurant times , what was included, If I could use the beach resort part ( I couldn't and the price to do so was INSANE.) I would really recommend that when someone checks in , if they haven't stayed there before that the staff give them some info - that would save a huge amount of disappointment I expect. Set an expectation , it makes a massive difference to people. With reference to the beach resort , if it's not included on your room rate simple walk 50 yards further down , you can get a private subbed and umbrella at another resort for 15 Euro a day. It does feel like

- Pool not heated and therefore currently (May 2024) not really usable - Pool very dirty. You can collect shells on the pool ground. A film of dirt is also visible on the surface - There is the same menu (dinner) every day. I have never experienced anything like this in a 4 or 5 star hotel - No water in the gym (fitness room) - Bathrooms are more like 3 stars in terms of condition and equipment. Old shower (including with plastic tub), mirror lights that cannot be used due to the brightness - Paper cups at breakfast for water and juices - in my opinion a total no-go these days, and especially in a 5 star hotel. + Lots of space on the beach compared to other hotels or beach areas + Quality of the food (both breakfast and dinner) Conclusion: not justified for the price and not worthy of 5 stars. The hotel management should think about the points mentioned above, some of which can be changed quickly and without much effort. It would be great to get an answer from the hotel management. I will be staying in room 342 until Saturday (1.6.24)

Ho trascorso 5 giorni con la mia famiglia, la mia migliore amica e le sue figlie presso questa struttura dal 5 al 10 settembre ed è stata una meravigliosa esperienza. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera assegnataci ma è stato prontamente risolto. Dopo questo è stato tutto una splendida sorpresa, la gentilezza di tutti, la professionalità, l’educazione, la qualità del cibo, la prontezza del personale al ristorante e la disponibilità della persona che ci ha accompagnati in camera e sistemato l’auto nel garage. Ottimo il ristorante in spiaggia ed il servizio con una persona che passa tra gli ombrelloni e ti consegna direttamente l’ordinazione. Buona la pulizia delle zone comuni. Unica pecca il bagno delle nostre camere che era veramente piccolo, datato e scomodo. Assolutamente non da 4 stelle. Comunque complimenti a tutto il personale che, sebbene per la maggior parte giovane, ha saputo farci trascorrere dei bellissimi giorni.

Camere grandi e curate, con ripasso quotidiano. Ristorazione di alto livello, con a disposizione uno splendido patio che regala serate piacevoli. personale gentile e cortese, ambiente raffinato e pulito, cura ed attenzione per il cliente.

Che dire il TOP!!! Ci siamo sposati in questo splendido posto! Non avevamo dubbi sulla location per l’eleganza della struttura e l’efficienza. ma devo ammettere che è stato tutto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative!!! Un matrimonio da favola dalla cerimonia in giardino all’aperitivo e cena in spiaggia!!! Che dire tutto superlativo!! Sotto la direzione eccelsa di Morris Raffaella ed Eleonora accompragnato tutto da un rapporto umano che contraddistingue voi e la Romagna !!! Grazie di cuore per aver reso questo giorno ancora più magico e indimenticabile . Grazie per aver accolto e coccolato i nostri ospiti e noi con accoglienza e professionalità di altissimo livello. Grazie allo chef Vincenzo per l’eccellenza di tutto ciò che ci ha proposto dall’aperitivo al dolce per concludere con la super torta in live cooking di Giuseppe!! Tutto a dir poco straordinario. Ormai da diversi anni veniamo in vacanza al MarePineta. Superati gli anni e le gestioni approssimative degli ultimi, l’hotel si pone come una delle strutture alberghiere al top della Riviera. Qualche pecca nel servizio in generale non inficia la qualità dell’hotel. Spiaggia meravigliosa, campi da tennis e padel ben organizzati, famiglie e ospiti al top. Cucina valore aggiunto, mai trovato un hotel a questi prezzi con una scelta e qualita di questo livello. Il resto è a discrezione dei singoli. A presto sicuramente

Prezzi molto alti per camere, colazione pranzi e servizi nella media. La camera era molto semplice, televisore piccolo e malfunzionante davvero non all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Alla reception ci sono ragazzi volenterosi ma che hanno bisogno di tanta esperienza ed in un resort di questo livello ci si aspetterebbe subito il top, stesso discorso per la maggior parte dei camerieri

Eigentlich ein wunderschönes renoviertes Hotel mit viel Charme und freundlichem Personal. Ein absolutes No Go ist das nicht kühlen der „Klimaanlage“ !!!!!! Das muss man fairerweise vorher sagen oder einen Preisnachlass geben bei 580€/Nacht/Zimmer.
