We were one 3 families all with Red Setters met here for a weekend Setter meeting. We all absolutely loved the hotel and so did our Setters. Lots of people also with their dogs x On arrival dogs received a goody bag, with a toy, poop bags, water bowl and treats such a lovely thought x The hotel was clean and the room was perfect x there's a dedicated dog exercise paddock in the field behind the hotel which is safe and secure to let the dogs off lead for a run x The staff were so friendly and were great with our dogs who tend to be a big, enthusiastic and bouncy! The hotel is also in a very pretty area, 10/15 minutes from the beach plus there's pubs and restaurants close by. The staff were all lovely and seemed to be a great team. We are in the restaurant on the first night in a dedicated dog area, food was fabulous and plenty of it! All the restaurant and hotel staff were professional, happy and helpful and lovely to our dogs. We will all be back again next year x as we loved it.

We've just had a wonderful stay at The South Lawns hotel. The rooms are so warm, clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and always make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely weekend Tim, Nikki and the team.

Overall a very comfortable experience during our short stay. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The food was excellent with plenty of choice. The room was clean and well equipped and communal areas were also very comfortable. There was plenty of car parking space available.

I’ve lost count now how many times we have stayed here. Rooms are cosy and beds really comfy. Food delicious every time. Staff are so polite, helpful and a big shout out to Jake and the young man behind the bar who served me my new favourite drink - Cotes de Thau Rose. ❤️ First class choice by the owner. 😉 We have now booked for New Year’s Eve celebrations - Thankyou Nikki. Great location to explore the New Forest. Thankyou once again. See you on 30th 🥰

Everything about this hotel is excellent from the receptionist to the staff in the restaurant. Absolutely brilliant. Room was clean warm and very comfortable. We are definitely going back again. Wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed. Thank you so much for. Wonderful stay.

Very friendly, everything is spotlessly clean and staff are always very courteous. We were welcomed on arrival with a goodie bag for our dog. The room is perfect & has everything we need. All dogs are welcomed and are extremely well behaved too.

Fabulous stay, for a hotel that accommodates dogs it’s luxurious, the rooms are spacious, where you go, the dogs are allowed and there’s a great paddock to exercise the dogs . The food in the restaurant is of an amazingly high standard and the staff throughout are professional , helpful and very friendly , three times stayed and can’t wait to come again

Country house hotel with friendly professional staff. Rooms are large and have all the usual facilities. The breakfasts are excellent with food well cooked and hot. The restaurant served excellent meals. Large free car parking area. Hotel is convenient for the coast and New Forrest.

We first visited South Lawns in June of this year and were so impressed another two stays have taken place. Once again they were perfect breaks. There is nothing about this hotel that a guest could be critical about. This hotel meets all that a guest would want to have a very relaxing time. It is a well kept hotel, excellent food both in the breakfasts and evening meals. All the staff we had dealings with were friendly and professional. Spacious sitting areas throughout the hotel. Plenty of car parking spaces. Five minute walk to a bus stop. Milford Haven is a lovely village. See you again South Lawns in a couple of months.
