Travelodge Milton Keynes the Hub Hotel recensioner

The location is good and the staff is very helpful. The hotel includes free parking!

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409. I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the travelodge hub in milton keynes. We'd like to thank all of the staff for making our stay comfortable, and especially the friendly chap alex who checked us in. Plenty of parking, good rooms and location. Will be staying again.

Alex was extremely helpful and accommodating. very friendly as well, would definitely come again! located in a very nice and accessible areas as well. A lot of food options available nearby, and an all you can eat breakfast buffet in the morning!

Hotel was adequate. All a bit tired though. Staff were all very helpful especially Alex on reception when we booked in.

On arrival we were greeted by Alex, who went out of his way to sort some parking for us. The room was a bit tired, toilet seat broken, no shower curtain, container for tea and coffee disgusting. No sleep until 3.00am due to internal noise, some group gathering? However, I cannot fault the staff. All of them went the extra mile, even-handed I was raising all the issues. Especial thanks to Alex!

Great location and great staff. I've stayed a few times and Kelly always has a smile on her face and is super helpful. Team on checkin super speedy too. Really easy to get to local bars and restaurants from the Hotel. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy, they do the job for what you pay.

Turned up on a Sunday afternoon, spoke to the lovely man at the desk Alex who assisted us with whatever we needed. Great help. Would choose this travel lodge again. All amenities within the hotel explained to us the bar is open all night for drinks

ALEX was great at the front desk. Extremely welcoming and helpful. He is a real credit to Travel Lodge. We will definitely be using travel lodge again due to the services of Alex. All the facilities were brilliant at Travel lodge and we can’t wait to stay again in the near future

Staff were great especially Kelly Giovanna and Ricky. Central location , many locations to visit. Many restaurants close by, loads of choice. Close to bars but not noisy. car park next door. Also close to shopping mall if that’s what you need I will be back

The friendleness of the staff especially Kelly in the bar and lounge was a constant help and breath of fresh air nothing too much trouble and jackie chambermaid always a smile and a chat lovely staff would go back just for that hotel rooms nice and comfortable

Great experience staying at Travelodge MK @ The Hub. Superb service from all the staff. Room was clean, tidy, comfortable and warm on a cold Winter's night. Excellent breakfast with good quality ingredients. I didn't get the names of all the staff but a shout out to Kelly & Richard for making sure everything was spot-on in the restaurant.
