Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Xscape)

Our company have been staying at this hotel on and off for the past 5 years with work business. The manager is excellent and always goes above and beyond to see that we are satisfied. He is very friendly, always joking and very helpful, even carrying our luggage up to our rooms. When we know that we are working in the area, Rej will ensure that we get our usual rooms. When we come off night shift, Rej will arrange that we have food availability. He is a top guy!

What an amazing greeting from the lovely ever smiling Reg. He remembered me from a couple of weeks ago. That was great too. I told him about my niggling knee problem. I am currently awaiting surgery. Reg listened intently and I asked if any rooms had a walk in shower as I have issues at the moment getting in and out due to my knee. He apologised and said that all of the rooms had showers over bathtubs. I said never mind I just thought I would ask. Reg then offered me an accessible room. He let me see it first. It is brilliant for me at the moment. What great customer service. I will definitely be back and hope he is on duty. Nothing is too much trouble for him. What a credit to your business. This is by far the worst Premier Inn hotel I stayed. There is no air con in the room so they provide us with a fan which is not very effective given we stayed there in August. I opened the window in my room but it does not help. The room is very scruffy and we have broken doors, loose paint in room. The room definitely lack TLC. The staff in the hotel and the Beefeater restaurants are both very cocky to an unpleasant nature. Parking need to improve as I did not know there is a difference in price in parking in the purple/ red area, and the cost will be cheaper if I talk to the reception first. Suggest they put up a sign somewhere to help people as is only natural for people to pay for car park immediately after they parked their cars.
