酒店比較新，比其他的月亮酒店好，離火車站也比較近，周邊有大超市，可以買很多自己想要的東西！

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, special shoutout to Eleanor, she made sure my meal and stay was phenomenal! Thank you! Will be back! Was a clean and thorough stay! Was here for 3 nights and each day was perfect! Thank you for the great stay! Will recommend!

I stayed 1 night at this Premier Inn and cannot fault anything; it was chosen for the close proximity to the railway station [ took me around 10 minutes walk] and to be near to meet relatives in Milton Keynes. The front doesn't look very prepossessing, as it is next to a closed down restaurant ,but don't let that put you off. I asked for a quiet room as not a good sleeper, and I got just that on the 9th floor! Everywhere nice and clean and the staff were friendly. Just suited me for my quick trip. Had continental breakfast which was ok.

On arrival the self check in machine was not working. Has anyone every found one of these working at a premier inn ? I tried to book dinner and breakfast. But was told the restaurant was busy for breakfast tomorrow as it was mother's day. So I would have to go to the restaurant to check if they had availability for us to have breakfast. If they confirmed they did I was to come back to reception to pay for our dinner / breakfast package. I not sure why this is a task for me to do as I assumed they might have telephone communication between receptionist and restaurant. And if not is it really the guest responsibility. So I decided to not make the trip to the restaurant and spent my money for both dinner and breakfast at the Wetherspoons 5 mins walk away. Room was fine.

We received a warm and friendly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and the entrance and reception areas were immaculate. The rooms contained all we needed for our stay and was comfortable. The window offered a great view across the city and it was a great base for checking things local to Milton Keynes.

Our stay was average for a premier inn and have no real issues with the room. The bar man on arrival was very rude disinterested in anything we had to say and very abrupt when asking for a drink I’ve never felt so uncomfortable on arrival to a hotel very cold reception

Had a great stay in this hotel very friendly staff! Paul was amazing very helpful whatever we needed or if we needed advice with he was there to assist! A++++ would highly recommend great restaurant and bar below reasonable prices thanks for the stay

Very clean hotel lovely and quiet and a great breakfast. BUT THE PARKING. I will never visit this hotel again because of how complicated the parking is. Many people got tickets on their cars. This has to be a known issue and nothing seems to be done about it. You almost need a degree in maths to understand parking options. We ending up parking half a mile away. NOT IDEAL, Didnt realise a night in a hotel could be so stressful.

Have had a really enjoyable experience First time away from home with work And the staff have all been so helpful and kind Paul works of an evening and couldn’t do more to make me feel more welcome and safe Helping with things from parking to things I need in my room to being a friendly ear He is a credit to the hotel I hope business brings me back here at some point
