Beautiful single-family house "Palot 63", built in 2020. In the resort 600 m from the centre of Mimizan Plage, 1 km from the sea, 8 km from the lake. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery 600 m, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant, bakery, bicycle rental, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "La Garluche" 600 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake "Aureilhan" 9 km. Golf course (9 hole) 7 km, surf school 600 m, riding stable 9 km, cycle lane 200 m. Nearby attractions: skate parc 400 m, Au Paradis Du Papillon 48 km, Eco Musée de la Marquèze 47 km, Parc Aventure Accrobranche 7 km. 4-room house 78 m2 on 3 levels on 1st floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with TV and international TV channels (flat screen), air conditioning and electric shutters. Exit to the terrace. My second stay in this house RAS negative, only positive. In addition, the people from whom we will take the keys are nice. The best way to have a good stay.

A great holiday home in a new development, it is spacious and attractively furnished. Negative points: It wasn't clean when we arrived. We complained about this and we were promised that it would be cleaned again. This never happened. The parking lot stil
