Our stay at The Anantara Mina Al Arab was a fabulous experience. From the moment of check in, supported by Mr Soliman who was thoughtful, friendly, professional and helped to make the entire stay a memorable one, to the moment of check out. The resort is stunning from the entrance, location and lobby to the pool, gym, beach and gardens. Details are beautiful and in keeping with the resort theme. A two night stay felt like a week long unplug from the world, surrounded by the beauty of nature and enhanced by the architecture, design and details of the resort, the food and restaurants were good too. We would definitely like to return.

Séjour très agréable, service presque parfait hormis l’accueil .. peut être étions nous invisibles pour patienter 45 min avant de devoir se présenter a 2 reprises avant d’être pris en charge La piscine a besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement mais le service était très bien Grand merci au personnel de restauration très agréable et sympathique !

環境什麼不錯，個人感知不好，遇到個人物品遺落，1.未主動通知（可能也不方便吧，但我估計有我們損壞什麼估計早聯繫了），2.找酒店找尋到物品後，通過攜程溝通看我們自取還是快遞到下一個酒店，待我們確認返回太貴計劃快遞後，又重新確認物品耽誤了時間。3.在下一個酒店聯繫快遞，説要24小時快遞到，保險起見，我們選擇了快遞到即將入住的最後一家酒店。4.溝通後説最後一家酒店需要辦理入住並提供房間號後才能快遞。5.我們在最後入住後，立馬聯繫提供房號，然後又説要提供個人的本地號碼才行，可是我們沒有，問不能快遞到前台代收嗎？答覆不行，建議我們找酒店門房個人電話。5.我們找酒店諮詢，可否提供門房個人電話，答説不行，可以寄到前台轉交。6.再和酒店溝通，又説快遞要48小時，我們也就再待大概48小時。 所以，1.開始為何不告知需要個人本地電話（我們可以提前準備）！2.為何開始説24小時後來變成48小時？

spa的服務人員英語不好，説要現在做結果給我預約的幾個小時以後的，刷了我650迪拉姆，後面辦理退款手機第二天到賬，結果目前一週了都還沒有到賬

酒店很大 設施很完善 一半海水一半山，山海之間的酒店，別急風味，早餐也很好吃，服務態度也很好，推薦
