It was an ok stay - room was clean and spacious Air-con provided Was self-check in so I didn’t see any members of staff during the stay Payable parking on-site About 10-15 minutes walk to the sea front - but there are two supermarkets located close by if you need anything

All the usual amenities were in place but this was still the most disappointing experience with a Premier Inn. The weather was very warm for the time of year and the duvet was really thick. We fried on our first night. I went to speak to the manageress about getting a lighter weight duvet only to be refused!! She couldn’t help much at all but gave us an extra sheet and a small, noisy floor fan. Premier Inn’s USP at one time was a guaranteed good night’s sleep and they’d change or fix whatever was necessary to make sure that happened. Add that to an unnecessarily sterile, beige room and I may think twice before trying another visit.

The staff at the Premier Inn Minehead could not have been more helpful, professional. welcoming and 5 Star! The beds are glorious, the bedding is divine and the standard of cleaning was sparkling. Thank you to all who made my stay of just one night delightful - from reception to the Brewer's Pub Restaurant attached to the hotel - truly lovely. Excellent!

Decent premier inn. Helpful man at the front desk and the room was spacious with comfy beds. The bathroom was clean and also spacious. I did think it a bit unreasonable to have to pay for parking as an additional charge. Overall it was a decent stay.

Arrived here and had a smooth check in with a worker. We headed to the room and entered. Such a large room. We had 2 single beds and 2 nights for £99 which I believe was a good price. The beds were comfy, the rooms was clean, the toilets clean, the soaps was full. Everything clean and stocked. The curtains are black out which is so good. One issue was there was a hole in pillow case and duvet cover, but was fine otherwise. Bed so comfy and lots of space. Don’t have much to fault about this

Another amazing stay. It was a nice quite clean room, I had a good night sleep. Good comfortable bed and good lighting. Plenty of parking available. I would like to thank Lee for his help and always goes out his way to help. The restaurant next door was also good, With fresh and tasty dishes, not all deep fried food which is a bonus. Will return again soon. Thank you again.

Check in was a faff. 2 self check in machines, both not working. Button to call receptionist is on one of the broken machines so never sure if it works. Room is clean enough, but the worst bit is totally sealed windows! Why!! Horrible, stuffy and hot room. Heating won’t go below 19 degrees and no air con. If you prefer a cooler room, go elsewhere!! Oh and it’s now £7 to park for one night.

A lovely one night stay. Friendly staff and a quick check in. Plenty of spaces in car park. The location is perfect, a short drive to local attractions or a short walk to the main shops in Minehead going past the railway. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and room not too hot either. Delicious breakfast the next day, hot food and a good choice of continental items. Pleasant atmosphere. We shall definitely be staying here again on our next minehead trip

Couldn't fault them. Beautiful clean room, attentive staff, great meal at the restaurant and a fab night sleep! Stayed for our anniversary which was also valentines day and the staff had put sweets in our room! It was a lovely added touch! Will definitely be back!
