Stayed one night and was happy to leave. Booked by tour company. The hotel faces a very busy street with heavy traffic and it's extremely noisy. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. Upon arrival, I was shown four different rooms and they all had issues: beds clearly slept in and bed linen not changed (all of them; evidently they don't change bed linen in between guests), no hot water, windows or sliding doors that couldn't be closed, towels that had obviously been used, etc. Eventually I picked a room that only had a bed slept in, and asked them to change the bed linen. The room was spacious with two usable power sockets (one near the bed). There was a minifridge, but no electric kettle. The phone didn't work. No night lamps or light switch near the bed. The bed and pillows were ok (on the hard side). Bathroom with shower in a corner, without a shower tray or curtain. Water temperature was very difficult to adjust. Extremely slow wifi. There were power cuts every 3-4 hours, lasting 1-2 hours; the generator only powered some lighting in the room and bathroom, not the power sockets, A/C, etc. At breakfast, the tablecloth was extremely dirty. Breakfast consisted of an omelet and deep fried flatbread. They had no coffee. I was surprised to see positive ratings on TA and Google, but it's very obvious that most reviews are fake.
