I loved my stay. Staff are super friendly. The place is very comfortable, people were very polite. I will definitely go back.

It's a good enough hostel. Used as a long-term residence by some international guests. I would stay again, but its not much more money to just rent an apartment or hotel.

The hostel is almost by the river. It’s about 10-15 minutes drive to the railway station and bus station. The hostel is quite clean and comes with a cafe and a bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works well.

This place is close to the pieceful riverfront and is 10-min walk away from the historic part of the city. I had a relaxing stay.

I was thrown to minus 5 degrees cold 00:00am when everything is closed just because in my stamp wasn't a clear stamp of entry to Belarus. The admin said "sorry, I can't check in you, i need to known the day you entered"

But please do not put the responsibility on the hostel.As you have come to the hostel with invalid documents, by the law we weren't able to accommodate you. As we always state that the guests are responsible for their documents and need to have valid migration stamps and visas, we find it unfair to get such an unpleasant review just because the migration law was violated by you. Our receptionists did their job, in the only way possible. If you had asked us to stay in a hostel somewhere in a common area before you found another place, we would have let you stay inside.Best wishes,Urban Hostel team

Local guys come every night for like some meeting or something. cleaning lady very rude.
