We had an amazing experience. Everyone was very helpful and attentive with everything we needed. Please don't miss the spa!!! The food, incredible. The view, from another world and also the casino super fun!! Thank you so much to all the crew

A palace in paradise. Great amenities and better attention. In front of Ansenuza lake, peaceful and surrounded by nature. 5 forks restaurant and tennis court included! I enjoyed it with my mom (79 years old) and my son (15 years old) and they both liked the hotel.

We have spent a weekend in the hotel. I truly recommend. The hotel is luxurious and has many amenities. It has a big outside pool and an indoor pool with hot water. It has a gym, casino and spa, but I want to stand out the quality of the food. The chef's suggestions were delicious. The dinner had 3 steps (starter, main course and desert). Food was fresh and abundant. The attention of the crew is friendly. They offered us tours and made us feel comfortable. Chiara, the recepcionist, was nice and attentive. It will definitely come back to Argentina to stayed in this hotel. Thank you!

The day before to the check-in, they texted me to let me know that they would not have the room I reserved almost a month in advance, without further explanation... It was very disappointing because I had planned that trip as an anniversary gift for my wife, I told them this, but it made no difference.

Excelente atención de todo el staff del hotel como asi tbn las amenities y la ubicación con todas las habitaciones con vista a la laguna.

Los espacios son amplios y muy limpios y bien cuidados. Fuimos con régimen de media pensión y la comida riquísima, tenías para elegir entre dos entradas y platos principales y postres variados. Cómo recomendación seria que alguien indique y acompañe en la zona de pileta climatizada e incluir más bebidas como limonada, agua saborizadas y cerveza sin alcohol.
