Horrible, unfortunately. My mother had to have emergency surgery that week so my work agreed to repost me closer to where she was hospitalized. I wanted to cancel the booking and rebook in the other city but I was asked by Trip.com to provide medical documentation for my mother's hospitalization. My mother was barely able to make her own decisions, let alone ask the specialist for a "doctor's note" for her son. So I decided to save that hassle and just bite the bullet. I ended up booking another place, through another booking service. Unfortunately this 1st experience with Trip.com and Ramada has made it so I no longer want to use Trip.com and will no longer consider Ramada in my first choices when booking. I travel Mon-Fri for work and this means a lot of bookings that will not be made with Trip.com and Ramada. So, overall 1st time experience with Trip.com, really not what I would have expected.
