Grand SH Hotel recensioner

Saya ambik queen bed room no window. Bilik sempit, nak solat pun selisih dengan dinding. Sorry tiada gambar, lupa mau gambar.

Location is nearby Bintang Mall about 10 mins walk. There are restaurants downstairs but I didn’t get to try. The hotel provides water dispenser at the reception and has elevator to access rooms. Overall stay was pleasant, barely heard any street noises however we can hear the hallway sounds of footsteps and cleaners opening plastic bags. Sometimes we can smell smoke coming from the ventilations since we have no window. Towels, toothbrushes & soaps are provided. They have a smart TV can login to Netflix or stream YouTube. Aircon was pretty cold too.

elevator is always a plus. plenty of parking, quiet environment. clean room. my complain is the remote control of ac not working, so i can't change the temperature setting.

Near to food outlet. For short stay, this is the great place to pick.

Room very small,tv not working~the minuses.The pluses are good hot shower n location plus parking spaces.Staffs are kind.sory random pic n video upload

My room is too small.. Difficult to move.

Dirty toilet, unfriendly staff (the young lady) & facing with the escalator problem every time I check in 😪

Convenience stay in this area. Close to shopping area and food court.
