Check-in was average — no greeting or sense of welcome, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Room had a broken shower tap, but it was fixed within an hour by a professional technician — great service there.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. Day 1 was great, but Day 2 had missing towels and no toiletries refill. Day 3 was the worst — no toilet paper or tissue refills, barely enough to last the day. Had to keep requesting basic items during my stay.
Checkout was smooth and fast.
Overall, service and facilities don’t quite meet 5-star expectations. Room maintenance response was a plus, but housekeeping and guest service need improvement.

The view was good for me as I can see the river and the sea, the cleanliness can be improve. Beds are old, shampoo and soap dispensers are not working properly.

Had booked the stay for a suprise celebration for my bae ,and team made nice decorations and even prepared slice of cake for the birthday celebration and upgraded our room.We really enjoyed the stay overall.

Hotel is at a superb location. Very large room with a stunning view. For the price I am paying its an absolute bargain. The only minor downside is the detailing of the cleaniness due to mold and stains on part of the bathroom. Other than that the hotel maintained a high standard and would definitely be back.

Our interconnecting rooms are spacious, 1 room with king bed and another with 2 single beds( There is no interconnecting room with both 2 king bed as we preferred).

We are couples traveling to Miri. The hotel is around 25mins away from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the bellman and assisted me with my luggage. Overall the experience was pleasant. Check in process is smooth.
However, I noticed some aspects of the room could be improved. Like the flooring damages and the toilet stains. Housekeeping also did not replenished the room amenities. Addressing these would make the stay truly exceptional.
