This hotel is perfect place to stay if you need comfot for you and your family. Easy access to Bintang Megamall. Complimentary free parking for patrons.

Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to deal with. The location above the mall is quite good, easy to find food. Downside, toilet quite smelly, hotel condition looks old. Breakfast in hotel was just like another hotel. Continental breakfast. Was expecting for some local dish served. But nvm.

nest to the Bintang Megamall , its connected to the hotel lobby.the room is more wide thn i thought.the viewww wass super awesomeee !

We always choose to stay here for non other reason but location. All the shops (Uniqlo, H&M, Kaison, Daiso, Nando’s, etc.) are all in the same building. I hope the cleanliness of the rooms will be better though. Breakfast was okay enough considering the price.

Next to the shopping mall. Spacious room. Just an average breakfast

Location is very good which is below the lobby u can find access to the mall. Just that we having a long que to find car park at the basement but the good thing is u can park for free, just endorse the ticket when u go out. There was a reflexology centre just 1 step below our room. Just that the pool need to be clean and maintained. Overall we happy staying here plus with affordable price in trip!!

The hotel is conveniently located in a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and shops. Our room and bathroom were very clean and felt newly renovated. It was also comfy and suitable for our baby. The check-in process was smooth, and while the service was just okay, everything went well.

The place was just nice, near to the shopping centre.They should improve the car park area, need to provide parking lot for hotel guests only, it's took me a hour to find available parking, especially during lunch time. For the room,there are cockroaches in my room. Luckily they move us to the nicer room. But there's noisy from the construction outside during rest time. So far i like this hotel, nice breakfast as well.

Good place to stay for families👍🏻 easy to go shopping and find food to eat, nearby shopping mall to buy stuff. Suitable for 👩🏻🦽
