The outside boasts a great turf front/side yard for yard activities, a lawn couch, and sun lounges. 2 separate patios (2 tables). There is plenty of parking with driveway, street parking without a permit and an adjacent parking lot. This property is Pet friendly with a great enclosed yard with a hill that pets can enjoy. A pet door is installed to allow pets to go outside themselves. There are two areas (turf and downstage paths o) enclosed with fences and gates when they need to be kept off the hills roaming alone.
