Private: large, well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake "Aich" 10 km. Tennis 1 km, mountain railway 11 km, ski lift 11 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 13 km. "Chalet Simon", 4-room house 120 m2 on 3 levels. Quietly located holiday home in a beautiful mountain landscape. The central location means there are many different excursion options. The friendly and helpful hosts are particularly noteworthy.

Accommodation clean and cozy. The lady was willing and explained everything. Everything was prepared. A slight disappointment was that the panorama in the photo does not correspond to reality. Nothing can be seen through the trees.

The location of the cottage is great. Absolute peace. Equipment and condition of the cottage good to slightly worn. A beautiful view. The lady who handed over the keys was very nice. The only thing I would criticize was the unmown garden. Otherwise satisf

A beautiful holiday home, very rustically furnished, clean and comfortable. Lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful, secluded outdoor area. Quiet area with many hiking opportunities. The landlady is sweet as candy, very personable and open-hear
