New hotel, have free parking , easy to assess, have free coffee and ice machines at ground floor. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel , have McDonald and conveyor belt sushi nearby.

There’s a bus stop in-front of hotel. Very convenient hotel

The room is so clean and spacious. The staffs here are so polite. There are a mall in front of the hotel and sushi restaurant near hotel. Highly recommend.

Nice stay, room size is big & comfortable. Free coffee bar is nice, but no breakfast is little bit disappointed as we woke up early, only have McDonald's to choose. Closed to Mipple shopping mall is very convenient.

Drove to 天橋立 n 1night stay for 3pax. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Hotel is not family friendly as children age 12 n above is not allowed to share room. But they allowed us cos we are staying 1 night, and very late to find another place. Opposite is a supermarket, and carpark is bigger over there.

This hotel is very new and we had a great stay. The room was nice with a good size considering its Japan. the bed and pillows were all very comfortable. Reception staffs were all very nice and helpful. will definitely be back if we come back to this area. No complaints at all! :)

This hotel offers the most spacious room ever I've stayed in among so many hotels in Japan within the price range I chose. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right across the road providing easy access to Amanohashidate Station and Ine. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, provided us bus timetable, making everything even more convenient. You are advised not to walk from Miyazu Station, you may simply hop on a bus, for just 150 yen per trip. There is also given a free coffee bar, where my friends and I enjoyed some relaxing time before we went in bed. The hotel is also conveniently close to Mipple Shopping Mall, where located just behind the bus stop, with plenty dining options on Level 5 (to note shopping mall closes at 8pm) and a grocery store on Level 1. One night wasn't enough to fully enjoy everything, so my friends and I will definitely be coming back soon again !

Hotel is new and clean, very comfortable to live in. Great service from the staff. Located next to the kyoto train station, making it convenient for transport.

The location was very good. There is a mall across the road where you can buy groceries clothes etc and there are several reasonably priced restaurants on the top floor. Also it’s like 10 mins drive to the Amanohashidate Viewland. The hotel itself does not have any restaurants but it supplies free coffee for in house guests. Parking is free and reservation is not needed. Staff were friendly and at least one of receptionists can speak English.

At small hotel but with lots of free parking, reasonable price with spacious room. The most comfortable bed since these few days. Can’t stand for the tatami anymore. The room is exactly the same as the photos.
