Dolphin House Resort Moalboal recensioner

Nice resort near beautiful White Beach in Moalboal. Perfect for people who like lounging on the beach, diving, and/or want a stress free vacation in a resort. It’s about a three hour drive from Cebu City and about an hour away from the typical tourist attractions in Moalboal (hence 4 stars for location). They provide basic soap and shampoo so I’d suggest bringing your own toiletries. It’s better for the environment!

We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed our stay a lot. It‘s only a short tricycle ride to the bar and restaurant area where we went almost every night. The food and drinks in the restaurant were good and reasonably priced. Service was great too!! And our room was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay at Dolphin House. The facilities are great and staff are helpful and friendly. It is perfect for a family vacation and there are loads of activities to do. Hotel transfer is a lot more expensive from here in comparison to other accommodation in surrounding areas but I understand luxury resort prices. Overall a lovely place.

좋았어요 !! 근데 수돗물에서 쇠 냄새가 너무 나서 조금 예민했던 저는 생수로 세안했습니당 ㅠㅠ 친구는 괜찮다고 하더라구요 !! 뷰가 너무 좋아서 계속 있고싶었어요 ~ 야외가 바로 앞이다 보니 밖에 벌레는 좀 있지만 실내에서 있을때는 전혀 문제가 없었고 직원분들도 다 너무 착하셨습니다 ~

We did not stay in this resort. Went for an evening meal. The place looks very pleasant, some of the accommodation is older than other parts and it shows. It is a large resort with a lovely pool, just as well as the beach is non-existent. It is possibly the most expensive place in Moalboal, and it shows when you consult the restaurant menu. There is a daily per person fixed price choice of starters, mains and deserts. You can opt for how many courses you want and choose from the restricted choice for each course. Prices may shock some, we had 2 Pilsen beers, a pizza and 2 very ordinary banana split deserts, for P1600. I do think that charging P120 for a San Mig Pilsen is a little greedy but it was served cold in glasses. Stay-in guests may be on half or full board basis in which case the meals are included. Food was acceptable, service good and cheerful.

Very nice resort with wonderful staff. The resort is located close enough to things you want to do or see, but also a calm and quit and you have the feeling of "privacy" from the surrounding. It's a large resort with more than enough space for all the guest. The founder and owner of the resort, Rudy, is always present and he's a very friendly person with many interesting stories. We had a wonderful week staying at Dolphin-House Resort.

Philippine travels Wow this place blows my mind the beautiful plush landscape, friendly staff, and the food was the best we will be back we only stayed one night but will book more nights next time thank you for making our trip down to dolphin house resort the best we could ever ask for.

Dolphin house was really a nice resort with plenty to do, very good diveshop and away from the hustle bustle of a city. Loved spending time there and soak in the phillippines beach holiday feel. The food was awesome and the portions wholesome and the bartender whipped out very nice e cocktails

staff in restaurant was very good and friendly food very good and that is where the room was good clean, but the CR/ toilet/ shower was bad and i mean bad the shower was flooded we reported a number of times and no one even came to look at it the shower could not be used. zero room service, as for swimming pool very little to no maintenance it was dirty water we could not use it, i would not recommend this place to stay, its a shame with a little management you could put this place on the map

Fantastic week at Dolphin-House, accommodation of very high standard and excellent facilities at the resort. Very attentive staff and senior management - thoroughly recommended as a base to visit Moalboal and the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!

Overall, we had a great time! The staff was amazing. The property is very nice. The rooms were ok, the beds could be better. The main issue was the owner. He was not very nice. You would expect the owner of the hotel to be more hospitable. More concerning was his treatment of the staff, it is obvious they don’t like him. Otherwise, we had a great time. The food was pretty good. I would stay there again and just ignore the owner. Grumpy old man!

This resort is one of my favorite places when I stayed in Moalboal. Reasonable price, friendly staff and clean facilities. It's very accessible to white beach which has some fun activities to do with such as playing netball, snorkeling or having a massage if you fancy one. The Local Cafe is also nearby. I think it is a great spot if you would like to spend time with your loved ones and friends and be isolated from the crowd. I would definitely come back to this place.
