What kind of hotel doesn't even have shower gel!!!

My experience was excellent

Great location I enjoy the bed very comfortable and clean rooms but sorry to say but this is another hotel thats not family friendly

For sure ill be staying again the kids loved the swimming pool

Room was clean. Customer service was okay. It was a decent experience but not the best.

I have stayed many places and this was by far the absolute WORST place. The service was shitty but with a smile. They completely blew me off and ignored my requests and concerns. The room we got was nowhere near the same as the room we booked and on top of that..... The train, that goes by every 10 minutes and has to blow ots.horn because of the road crossing, was practically INSIDE our room!!! I have never heard a train so loud in my life. Unbelievable. They refused to change our room and stated that the room type we booked through trip.com doesnt exist, Even though the maid showed it to me and gave me a walk through. I told her At the very least could they move out room to a different location that wasnt on the end where the train was. She said "oh sorry, unfortunately the hotel was built around the train station. Nothing we can do now." Ummmmm yeah you can! Move my room. Anyways... horrible place.
