Hotel la Serenella

This is a very beautiful, comfortable family run hotel in Moena. The bedrooms are comfortable with large bathrooms and plenty of storage space for a skiing holiday. There is a good ski room with efficient boot warmers although it could be a little crowed on a busy day. There is a secure not too crowded underground garage for those who drive to the resort. It is perhaps not the most convenient location. There is one bus stop right outside the hotel but if you want a ski bus to the bigger resorts you have to walk down into the town. The staff were wonderful..especially Alex, Olympia and Beatrice and all the senior management working on reception. The rooms were well cleaned and serviced every day and they noted little things like when the shower gel needed refilling etc. The bar area is a little "functional" and could ne made to feel more cosy although there is a more relaxed sitting area at the end. Breakfasts were superb wit an extensive buffet and an set cooking of egg dishes..Evening meals were superb...real fine dining 4 course dinners. A superb extensive and reasonably priced wine list and a good variety of delicious grappa ..All in all, a wonderful stay

The hotel is very pretty. It's a good starting point for excursions in the mountains. The cook is an artist. Each dish is beautifully presented and so delicious 😋 The landscape around the place is breathtaking. A place to go again and again

Perfect ski holiday La Serenella is a perfect choice for a ski holiday: the service, the food, the location of the hotel are excellent. Everything is organised in a such a way that you need to think only about ski. We will definetly return!

Excellent Hotel . Great staff , excellent breakfast , nice clean room . Stayed with group of motorcycling freinds , had secure underground parking and ski dry room was a bonus to dry our wet gear. Highly recommend.

Una settimana fantastica. L’albergo e’ in un ottima posizione rispetto al centro di Moena , con parcheggio comodo e un fermata Ski Bus davanti. Camera matrimoniale accogliente con uno splendido balconcino. L’albergo ha secondo me molti punti di forza , ma voglio evidenziare soprattutto , il ristorante che ci ha lasciato senza parole per la ricerca e la qualità’ delle materie e l’accoglienza perché per una settimana ci siamo sentite come a casa. La signora Donatella , un punto di riferimento per le nostre giornate, ma anche tutto il suo staff davvero incredibile. Insomma per noi una settimana splendida , consiglio l’albergo come punto di partenza per fantastiche sciate ed escursioni.

Io e il mio fidanzato Abbiamo soggiornato qui a cavallo tra i primi dell’anno e l’epifania. L’hotel ha decisamente superato le aspettative. La stanza doppia è comoda e molto pulito, materasso comodo e servizio impeccabile con vista Dolomiti. Siamo finiti per cenare 4 sere su 4 in hotel data l’altissima qualità dei prodotti e l’ampia scelta tra menù a là carte e le proposte di degustazione di ogni sera. Inoltre a deliziarvi ad ogni pasto viene servita una selezione di panificati dello chef, con burro di malga e robiola locale. Menzione speciale va fatta al simpaticissimo sommelier Alex da Ferrara che ogni sera ci ha fatti ridere consigliando ottimi vini ed alla colazione a dir poco strepitosa. Ricca e abbondante ma non da resort, bensì caratteristica e attenta ai prodotti locali e a chilometro zero. È disponibile uno chef ogni mattina che prepara pancakes, omelette, Crepes, toast e altri manicaretti squisiti. Davvero una esperìenza gradevole e da ripetere!
