Bella villa ma molto trascurata. Colazione scarsa e di pessima qualità. Camerieri indisponenti. Polvere in camera.

Nice old building with big garden park. But the room was also old and it was not so comfy for todays 4 star hotel standards. That why I think the price was a bit higher. Location is fine, near the highway and approx. 25mins from Venice. Parking was free on site. Overall 3,5/5.

The room was no where near a 4 star room, maybe a 2 star ... Old furniture that is scratched and torn, everything in the bathroom was patched it repaired in some way. The shower was extra small. The stuff was very ok, very polite, good English (that is why this is a 2 star review and not a 1 star). The common areas and the outside areas of the villa look really nice, but it is located in the middle of nowhere, so, good for a wedding I presume, but not so much for a regular tourist in Venice area

If you want to sleep in the room with bugs or in the room with mold in the bathroom, where there is no space to put legs between toilet and then this hotel may be for you. However, if you do not want none of this and ask just for what you paid (4* hotel, double room with breakfast) then you may be humiliated on the reception that they can do with your reservation what they want, that everything what they offered to you is good enough, since you paid so miserable rate. BTW rate was offered by hotel on well-known reservation site. And finally, if you decide to place official complain to hotels manager don't worry, you'll never get any kind of response. Awful and shameless, for us never again.

I had 2 days business meeting in Villa Braida. Eveything was PERFECT to mitigate the stress of working time. The food was great with a quality you would not expect. Meeting room prepared as we requested. Room comfortable and clean. On top of everything, the staff, that was making us comfortable as at home. SUPER! For transfer from/to airport or Venice I also would recomend to ask for mr Lucio, friendly and professional!

If you want to sleep in the room with bugs; mold in the bathroom, shower cabine not being able to close & consequently so small that you can not take a shower, toiletries& vanity sets not at all present, slipers of cours you do not have; where there is no space to put legs between toilet and sink; where you are going to pay breakfast but staff is going to tell you that you did not pay it; where the sheets are with holes, blanked is pree WWII dirty, towels 10+years of use greyish colur; where recept.manager is going to shout at you and finally where Genaral manager does not exist, then this hotel is perfect for you. About stuff better not to talk, receptionist that we waited for 10min upon arrival, then she arrived with unprofessional look, untidy, patches all over the face, hair not washed 10 days probably, everything on her screemed that need ironing at least, washing preferably - just like you were surprised being sleepeing when you should not or something else. Photos attached, so you can see at your own. However, if you do not want none of this and ask just for what you paid (4* hotel- for us it is clear what we expect, double room with breakfast) then you may be humiliated at the reception that they can do with your reservation what they want, that everything what they offered to you is good enough, they will not upgrade you ( eventhough you did not ask upgrade, just what you paid), since you paid so miserable rate. BTW rate was offered by hotel on well-known reservation site, and the only problem we had at that long trip (23days) using same site was this hotel. Apart from everything above they refused to give us invoice for our stay, so we will make complaint to Financial police in Italy, since obviously they are not reporting guests and paying taxes as they should. As being extensive traveleres for 40+ years, without a doubt this is the worst hotel we evere saw. And finally, if you decide to place official complain to hotels manager don't worry, you'll never get any kind of response. Awful and shameless, for us never again. Just one thing to add, do not be fuled with photos, "villa" does exist but normal room are not even close to 4* hotel, I have been to 1* hotel long time ago being much better than this one!

Ho trascorso qui il periodo di Capodanno in piacevole relax. Ottima soluzione x chi vuole fuggire dal rumore e dall'inquinamento delle grandi città; la villa è immersa nel verde del parco per cui consente di riposare in un'atmosfera silenziosa e di respirare aria salubre. Camera confortevole, di dimensioni adeguate, arredata in modo semplice e funzionale, con un tocco di gusto; riscaldamento adeguato alla stagione e facile da regolare (se avete necessità specifiche, chiedete alla reception che vi aiuterà a impostare la temperatura come preferite). Pulizia eccellente tutti i giorni. Personale alla reception presente 24 ore su 24, molto gentile e disponibile; ci si sente coccolati come in famiglia! Colazione varia e abbondante, con personale dedicato: se vi piace il cappuccino molto cremoso, vi consiglio di provarlo! Cena gourmet, leggera e digeribile, ben presentata. Camerieri molto gentili e attenti alle necessità degli ospiti. Ottimo anche il cenone di Capodanno. Ingresso e salottini in stile d'epoca, dove ci si può comodamente sedere a conversare. La villa ha un parcheggio molto ampio all'interno del parco, per chi arriva in auto. C'è anche un servizio taxi convenzionato (di cui ho usufruito più volte durante il soggiorno) per le stazioni del treno più vicine (Mogliano, Quarto e Venezia Mestre) e per l'aeroporto di Venezia (a pochi minuti da lì). La posizione è strategica per organizzare comode escursioni in giornata nelle rinomate città lì vicino (Venezia, Treviso, Padova) o per andare al mare (ad esempio, a Jesolo). Location consigliatissima!

Siamo stati al pranzo di Natale 2024 , devo dire che ho trovato tutto OTTIMO , ma con noi c'era un bimbo di 8 anni che aveva il menù diverso e per lui e gli altri 2 bimbi di altri tavoli , circa della stessa età , non è stata data la stessa importanza e velocità che è stata data a noi. Mi spiego :i loro antipasti sono stati portati molto dopo i nostri , invece a mio parere dovevano essere serviti per primi lo stesso vale per il resto delle portate ...insomma il mio bimbo aveva continuamente fame ...

ormai per no è diventato un appuntamento abituale anche se allunghiamo di poco il percorso, ma sentirsi "avvolti" dalle attenzioni del personale non ha prezzo. cagnolina accettata, colazione da film camere eccezionali ampio parcheggio e parco per fare sport o passeggiate

Nulla da dire sulla gentilezza, disponibilità del personale, struttura, cena ,qualità cibo, particolarità cibo, ingresso, struttura...fate voi, ma la doccia piccola e un po di ruggine sul montante della doccia non va bene.. Avrei messo 5 stelle , ma credetemi basta pochissimo
